I love this place!! Everywhere I move I always look for a locally owned shop that will exclusively take care of my cars. This place was recommended to me by a neighbor and Im glad he did. The prices are fair, I understand that its a business and they need to make profit but I never feel over charged or upselled. The mechanics are passionate about their jobs and care about their work. After going to them for about a year, my car broke down on a trip to Kings Dominion. It wasnt too far from their place and I had it towed. They immediately went to work on it and even skipped their lunch break. They told me what I needed and showed me the problem then they got to work. Definitely recommend them!!

The customer service was absolutely terrible. I had to keep asking the older man who helped me repeat questions, because he mumbled too much and wouldnt finish a sentence to actually answer my question. Forget about even looking in my general direction during conversation. When I asked where my car was when done, he said "Guess its out there somewhere." The under-the-hood job was completed fine to my minimal knowledge. The prices were a little higher than they should be, but Im not from this area so they may be reasonable here. Regardless, I would go out of my way to find another auto shop instead next time.

Love this place, is the only place in town in which I will get service work done that I cant do myself. They are very open, honest, and will explain their charges very clearly. Staff is professional, and can diagnose problems accuaratly. Prices are fair, you do pay for the guy who works on your car, but I have seen much worse. Great place to go, would recommend it to my own family.

Referred by Auto Zone to this shop. I love the fact that they do not try to squeeze you for unneeded repairs and the work is well done. They also do NOT over charge. I went to sears and 90 percent of what I was told needed done,, was bologna . I do not go ANY where else for any car services
