We have been looking for an import car repair shop for a while now since our old mechanic is getting more and more expensive, plus we like to have a shop closer to home. We were recommended by someone to visit Janko and we really have mixed feelings about this place. 1. The people there seem friendly but my impression is that they are only the experts on older models. I have a 2004 Mercedes SLK 230 Kompressor and he did a great job fixing mine. But when it comes to my husbands 2010 Mercedes GLK 350 4Matic, we are having the hardest time to keep the check engine light off (We have the car repaired at least three times and after two brand new parts!) 2. The owner often told us to bring the car back if the check engine light comes back on... That doesnt boost our confidence when the ultimate goal was to have the car fixed and not come back, right? He also does have some teenage looking workers working in the garage. I guess everyone needs learning experience, right? 3. Despite all of the above, the shop pricing is very reasonable. I would not say yay or nay to visit this place but I have given my honest opinion.

Had an alignment and tire rotation done on my 2011 BMW 335 xi today. It was done for half the price of Leith BMW. And the gentleman explained everything on the alignment print-out and what it all meant. Even went a step further to explain what things couldnt be within specs because it would require replacing some suspension parts and gave some estimated pricing on that. My only complaint was that the tire pressure wasnt adjusted as it should be since the rear tires are suppose to have more air in them and front tires are suppose to have less in them. The technician did show me how to reset it since my air pressure sensor wasnt turning off. But overall, I will be returning to them for future service and repair. They all seem like they know what they are talking about and I waited for the vehicle to be done and it didnt take long at all. Thank you!!

Big thanks to Sebastian & Jon. I took my Honda in to them for a simple alignment only to find out that the car had most likely been in a small collision, as the alignment specs couldnt be reached. So, Sebastian took a little extra time to fabricate a solution to keep the suspension components in place and within spec safely. Most places probably would have sent me on my way (with unequal negative camber) but they took the time to help with a solution as if it were their own vehicle being repaired.

We have to give 2 huge thumbs up for Janko Import Cars - Auto Repair for being the most honest auto repair guys we have met. We have taken in our lemon of a vehicle into them over 4 times this year and they have cost efficiently fixed the problem in a timely manner. This final time they were honest enough to tell us repairing our vehicle may not even save it therefore losing themselves money but saving us from throwing thousands more dollars into our lemon. Highly recommend them to anyone anytime!!!

Janko prices are the best I been taking my BMWs to him for more than 10 years I can truly say I have never had to return my cars back like most places I have tried in the pass he fix the problem the first time around were as most places I tired in the pass I had to keep going back with the same problem over and over not at janko they get the job done right the first time around the best service in the Raleigh area

Called this shop today looking for a quote on a suspension swap out on my BMW wagon. The gentlemen who I talked to on the phone told me "to do the work yourself I dont want to do it" Thats a direct quote, and I was totally blown away by that statement. A real shame, Ive been looking for a good shop to take my BMWs too, and I heard great things about this shop. Guess I have to keep looking.
