The hardest part about my experience was finding where the store is located because the GPS will put you on the other side of the road from where its actually located. But I called to get directions and the person who picked up had no problem helping me get there. Once I got there, he greeted me by name without me even telling him who I was. The overall service is superb. They are personal, professional, and helpful. They never tried to pressure me into getting more repairs for my car. As a woman, I find taking my car to the shop a little intimidating, but I never felt like that at all here. Its such a family friendly environment. I will definitely be back to get my car serviced again.

Meineke on Capital Blvd in Wake Forest is an exceptional place for service and maintenance. I made an appointment online and was able to get my Lexus serviced for an synthetic oil-change and diagnostics of what I needed to have maintenance quickly before work. As a woman often times you feel like you are taken advantage because you are a woman but that was not the case at this shop. The manager Pablo and staff are very knowledgable and I felt safe that they were going to take care of my car and not rip me off. This is definitely my new auto shop for future services and I definitely will be back for more maintenance needs.

When I got my oil changed here the process went smoothly, until it was time to pick up my car. There was only one person in line ahead of me at the register, but I still had to wait a long time. This was because the guy in front of me had discovered that the mechanics left his radiator grill lying on his back seat. The overall reviews for this place are pretty positive, so Im guessing they dont make a habit of leaving customers cars in pieces, but Im still a little uncertain about getting my oil changed here again.

It is really nice to have a car maintenance facility that treats customers the way they do. Every time I have had to go here the customer service has been exceptional they are very friendly and are happy to explain anything needed and work with you. I recently had an issue with a tire and couldnt drive my car. The dealerships service center was booked for 2 weeks, this location got me in and out in 1 day.

Meineke on capital, shop #1875, is a great place for service. Ive had them service my Lexus twice for a premium oil change. Although it is a fairly new location the service is exceptional. They are always willing to help and they also provide you with a diagnostic for preventative maintenance. Manager Pablo Gonzalez is very knowledgeable and willing to help. Id recommend this company again.

Its really bad service. Im very unhappy that I choosed them. My car was damaged. I could talk with manager, about my problem, one and a half weeks after my first claim, every day I tried to reach him, but he invented new reasons, why he cant meet with me. Then I reached him, he said "Its not my fault, good bye". Its horrible, horrible, horrible service. My car wasnt repaired.

Great service! My son was headed back to college and had a slow leak in his tire, although they were very busy, the manager immediately took his car in. He found a nail in the tire. Instead of trying to sell us tires we wouldnt need yet, repaired it for $28, and said we should be good for 2 years. They have my business!!
