In the four years we have been at the Hudson Dance Academy we have felt like part of the HDA family. My two daughters have grown in leaps and bounds and have loved their time at dance. We started one Christmas when the only thing my daughter wanted was to be a ballerina. We researched the dance schools around and found Hudson Dance Academy to be the best. From preschool dance to teen to competition and summer camps they have loved every moment. The skills they have picked up have been life long lessons. The director dances and teaches from the heart. She is an awesome instructor, friend and mother. She runs her studio professionally and the studio is a positive environment for our children. She gives them the best dance education in the Hudson area.

I just wanted to say that Hudson Dance Academy consistently falls short on the scale of awards at most competitions and that it can be extremely discouraging if you are desiring to be a part of an award winning studio/team. I feel sorry for the girls, especially the ones I have heard about who have gone home from competition crying because of it. It may be a great studio for some, I guess it depends on what you are looking for.

I have my daughter in class at Hudson Dance and we are very happy.The patience that comes out of their teachers is incredible. I am always impressed with how each child is treated in each of their classes. Everyone is all smiles from the lobby to the class room - even the teachers.

Professional dance instruction in a fun environment. My daughter loves going to dance every week and princess camp in the summer.

Be careful before you spend $40 on one of their dvds. They may or may not work, and if they dont you are SOL.
