I had hired another company in Appleton to install siding on my house. We were very happy with the result visually but, almost two years later after some early spring thunderstorms, we began to have some pretty serious leaking in our house. The contractor would not correct the installation errors that were made between the siding and roof valleys so we turned to Security-Luebke Roofing. Mike James showed up at our house promptly and diagnosed the issues with our roof/siding valleys immediately. He provided a detailed and honest quote with a breakdown of how he would spend the allotted time repairing the roof, and where he would spend additional time on the roof if repairs went faster than anticipated. Mike did have some extra time which he used to really button up the work, including painting a new section of gutter white to match existing gutters, which we had not even discussed. The results were fantastic, both visually and functionally. We hoped for a heavy rainstorm to see if wed get any more leaking and were not disappointed later that week when we had no leaking where just a few days earlier a small stream of water was visible. If there is one knock against Security-Luebke Roofing, in our experience; they seem to be quite busy and when we had water coming into our house and every rumble of thunder in the afternoon caused my stomach to turn, getting it done right away had a high value for me. In this case we had to wait10 or so days longer than I would have liked but the wait was worth it. Definitely deserving of 5 stars.

We personally did not enjoy our experience with this company. From the get go it seemed like Security-Luebke could have cared less about our business even though we were spending quite a bit of money to have gutters put on our house. The sales person took forever to follow up with us even when we expressed interest in the gutters and we were constantly having to get in touch with him. He took pictures of the house so the installers would be well prepared, but when the day came to install the workman didnt bring everything they needed with them and had to delay our scheduled time; we already had to wait two-three weeks after putting down our deposit to get on the schedule. After the gutters were installed we were told by the sales person that he would come out to do a final inspection but that never happened and instead we just received a bill. Very impersonal and though it might not have seemed like a of money to them it was to us, and this company gave the me the impression they could have cared less if they got our business. Wish we would have gone somewhere else and would not recommend.

We bought a cheap version of a gutter protection system when building our home. The inserts in the gutters lasted for 3-4 years but eventually filled up with sludge and debris. I knew we needed to have a great gutter protection system as we had a couple large maple trees next to our house. I looked into various gutter protection systems. I felt the highest quality product was Gutter Topper. Mike from Security Luebke Roofing answered all our questions. The installation was professional and detailed. The Gutter Toppers keep all the debris out of our gutters. No more weekends on ladders pulling sludge out of our gutters. Thank you for such a quality product. Brad M.

Very professional from start to finish. The two young guys that installed our Gutter Topper worked very hard, were completely professional, and answered all of our questions. They did a fantastic job on the installation and picked up any/all construction debris. The completed installation looks very nice on our home. While Im confident the product will perform well, Ill have to wait through the pine needle-drop season to comment.

Everything was very good. I really like they way my product was installed. Sam Petrasko did the install. He took extreme care not to disturb or damage anything around the house when placing the ladder. He did a very professional job installing my covers. He explained everything I would need to know and was a very nice young man. I would recommend Security Luebke for any roofing or gutter needs.
