Infinity Exteriors is a GREAT company. Infinity replaced a flat roof on my company’s building and also did the new flat roof on an addition. Both great value and meticulous work. Last year we had JD Griffiths build a detached garage at home. My wife and I wanted Infinity to do the roof because we know the owners and they are simply good people. They run a great business and do a lot for our community. Josh (one of the owners) looked at the plans and got the job arranged. They showed up on time and installed a cellular composite roof. It looks like slate. The job went off without a hitch and Infinity’s price was a great value for a lifetime warrantied roof. One year after the roof was completed, we would hire them to do the same roof again tomorrow if we had the need… ZERO problems or regrets. Everything went and IS perfect. This year our big project is to finish the basement. The builder grade basement windows are aluminum clad slide by windows. Even though the windows are thermal pane they have janky storm windows that are impossible to open. They literally have been taken off twice in twelve years… Once to get something in and once to clean the ground level windows. Both times were a major hassle. Infinity’s replacement windows open with little effort AND the whole window can be completely pulled out of the opening. A HUGE bonus as we are preparing to get drywall or plasterboard in. Plus they look beautiful and no more storm window! We have a shed in the yard that we are totally remodeling too. We had recently bought mismeasured windows to use in the shed. I told the Infinity installer that we were redoing the shed and the old basement windows are bigger than the ones we got. He said these windows would be perfect for the shed. So then he carefully pulled the nails and took the windows out without damaging them and even carried them around the house to the shed. That installer is what we have experienced every time we work with Infinity. The installers like where they work, who they work for and what they do. They are NICE and care. Their roofers are friendly, the window installer cared about what I wanted for my property beyond the call of his job. He didn’t have to put the extra effort in and he didn’t have to help that much. And everything they have every done is for us is the same thing, paying attention to detail and perfect results. It’s those things and many more that make Infinity an exceptional company. Highest possible recommendation.

I feel like an idiot for believing the commercial and deciding to hire them to put a $16.5k roof on my house last summer. Not ONE thing in this process went smoothly. Just to mention a few for this review... there were issues with scheduling, cracks in my driveway from the shingle delivery, communication, cleanup, damage to my gutters, siding, deck, trim, tree, edging, having them come out five times to fix shoddy work, and now still finding out where they cut corners and tried to hide things. Now Im supposed to trust them when I have leaks in my master bathroom and they tell me its not the new roof. Apparently, its not their responsibility to prove it is not the roof that is causing the leak rather its my job to prove them wrong. Interestingly, they put screw holes in the new roof to hold the flashing down that is above the leak area. Infinity said its the siding so Im going to take their advice and find out if they are correct. If not, I will file a Better Business Bureau complaint for the damage their work has done to the interior of my house. BTW - there are screw holes on most of the flashing. A different contractor told me this should NOT have been done because they are putting new holes in the new roof. When I asked them about this, they did not bother answering me. Instead they said, "At this point I do not think that it is possible for Infinity to satisfy you as a customer". Im telling you, this roofing project has been a complete nightmare! Ironically, you can see the project proudly shown on Youtube. They have their truck and trailer driving up my driveway AFTER I told them not to put any more weight on the cement after it was damaged by ABC Supply (the shingle distributor they used). Take my advice, take pictures of everything because you will need them for proof when they damage something and take off of work and watch everything from the shingle drop off to the final nail they put in your roof, or the nail you accidentally step on in your yard because they didnt pick them all up. Also, the "heavy" discount was $1K or 6% so I dont think this was even close to making up for the time I took off of work or the many nights I had to leave early to deal with the 30 plus issues I experienced. When they say "Meticulous" and "all of their customers are satisfied", dont believe it!

Aaron and Nick from Infinity received the highest marks from my wife and I because they did all the things most contractors fall short on. It is frustrating when contractors dont call back, schedule but dont show up, are defensive when you ask questions, and on and on.....so here is what we experienced with Infinity and why we are willing to give them the high marks. We contacted Infinity for a quote and they emailed the next day stating I would receive a call. Next day the call came. We scheduled a time after work that fit my schedule. Aaron was running late so he called for a potential reschedule and his sincerity and apologetic manner was a breath of fresh air. When Nick and Aaron arrived, they were friendly, respectful, and even greeted with a smile. They heard my pups inside the house and wanted to make sure I took care of my pups first before we walked around the house to look at the roof. This told me it was not all about Infinity. Good job guys! As we walked around the house, I was shown the areas where workmanship previously done was causing issues. We had a couple leaks... They went inside and the house and climbed in the attic space to ensure there was proper ventilation which impacts overall heat and cooling of the house and proper humidity control. We did find some damp areas and mold due to poor ventilation. Aaron and Nick shared my options and even itemized a list of recommendations so I could see the breakdown and pick and choose based on our budget and own opinion. After a thorough understanding and pleasant, no pressure review of costs and services, we signed up with them to do our roof. We are also pleased with the fact that when the work is being done, our plants wont be destroyed by shingles, we will have our own onsite project manager, and the entire job will be done in 3 days. Good job guys!

My neighbors used these roofers last summer to do a repair. Our homes are fairly close together, so I expected some spill over of materials and what not, however, I anticipated that the mess would have been cleaned up, and this DID NOT happen. When I walked out of my side door, my walkway was covered with debris, including many long nails. I was shocked and concerned and would have expected some sort of tarp put down to make clean up easier, this was not the case. I went over and talked with the two men because I did not want any nails left in my yard and the mess was extensive. I have two young children who play there! They said that they would use a magnet to pick up the nails and sent me off. When I returned home, the major debris was picked up, however, when I began inspecting my land, I began to find nails. Not one random nail, but many! I combed my lawn and found over 30 nails throughout the grass on the side of my house, again, the lawn where I have kids playing. I was angry and called to complain, with no response from the company. Fast forward to this spring. During the winter, our neighbors had another emergency repair and had the same company back out. Because it was winter, I didnt concern myself with the lawn and wasnt home to even speak with the roofers. However, last month when I began working on my yard, I found nails again! This time I was able to fill a sandwich bag half full with all the nails I picked up. This company is clearly not concerned with clean up and I read in another review to be cautious when using them if you would like good neighbor relations. If you have children or you yourself would like to avoid a rusty nail in the bottom of your foot, go elsewhere. I have multiple pictures of the mess as well.
