I Have been very impressed with this companies work and service in taking care of their customers. Safeguard re-roofed our house 4 years ago due to hail damage and did a great job. I had to call on them again recently due to our house getting hit by lightning. The lighting broke up a few shingles, we are thankful that was the extent of the damage. Sasha quickly sent a crew out to patch it up and to ensure no other damage was done. They ended up not charging us to replace the shingles and shared there was no other damage. Very impressed with this, as I feel other companies would have taken the opportunity to attempt to claim more damage to get more work out of us. They were referred to me by a friend 4 years ago and I would have no problem referring them to anyone that needs exterior work done on their home.

I am renter of a house where Safeguard changed the roof. I didnt hire them, our landlord did. In the process of roof change, couple of things got impacted - our dish for satellite tv was misaligned and also there was a fountain in front of our house (that was covered with tarp as part of the process) stopped working. For first, they paid the money for getting the technician to come in and fix and for second one they came and replaced the motor.. amazing service. Besides that they were so courteous throughout the process. Highly impressed by how they responded to issues.

Quality and integrity are the two words that I would use to describe Safeguard. Three years ago Safeguard replaced our roof and siding and did a phenomenal job. Most recently Safeguard returned to fix a significant problem caused by a different company we had hired to replace our skylights. The Safeguard team went above and beyond in not only fixing the problem they had nothing to do with, but took the time to wipe down dirty siding while waiting for a part to be delivered. I 100% recommend Safeguard.

Gotta say, these guys are HONEST. My neighbor was getting their roof looked at and I decided to grab Kevin to inspect mine. I have a BIG tree in my back yard. I was dissapointed but relieved to find out that the tree saved my roof from hail damage. My neighbor was not as lucky. I ended up having windows installed by Safeguard Construction. Kevin got me a great deal. They are right next door to me in Aurora. Thanks again Kevin!

Niko and his crew came out to fix some loose shingles and flashing that had moved after this terrible winter. I cant say enough on how good Niko is and the extra effort him and his crew did to fix some issues on my roof. I would definitely recommend them for any roof issues.
