Excellent craftsmanship. Chapo went to work on my 100+ year old bungalow. Replacing the roof, new gutters and dormer treatments. The work was completed in a safe, timely manner by a competent professionals. Quality and price were outstanding. The oversized gutter drains work well to carry water away from my foundation and my attic is now much, much cooler than it was before Chapo added additional venting to our roof as part of the process. Chapo construction exceeded my expectations in every way. Paul, from sales, delivered everything promised and more. He was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and fun to work with.

I usually do not write reviews, but working with Chapo guys was a very pleasant experience I have to share. We had 5 estimates on our Chicago/Beverly house and Chapo Construction was very competitive. No high pressure sales, very informative. Consultant did a professional job explaining his product. Definitely the best price, very high quality work and their team did a fantastic job cleaning up. Our roof is perfect and beautiful. I would have replaced my roof much sooner if I had known how easy it would be. Will be recommending Chapo Construction to friends, family and neighbors.

Chapo did a first rate job. Great attention to every detail including those other roofers had ignored. Special thanks to Paul for coordinating the project. My roof had been wind damaged over the winter but I was not well versed on insurance claims. Paul inspected the damage and put me in contact with their certified public adjuster who handled the entire claim on my behalf from start to finish. Really happy with ease of the process and the high quality of the new roof.
