After my husband locked my keys in the car and our many failed attempts to unlock it, I called around to several places to get quotes. I told him our situation and said I would get back to him, as I was shopping around. Not that the other places arent professional, I just didnt necessarily like the way I was talked to on the phone. I also found he was the least expensive. I called him back and left a message asking if he was available to come unlock my car by a certain time. Not 15 minutes later he called back, asked if I was the wife whose husband locked her keys in her car, "Yes, thats me!" and he replied, "so this is the story youre going to go with, huh? The husbands fault." "Yes, thats my story and Im sticking to it." I told him my address and we figured out which way would be the quickest route to take. He arrived within 15-20 minutes, to which I met him at my car. We talked while he worked and I rather enjoyed his conversation and dry humor. It felt genuine and sincere. Its never fun locking ones keys in ones car, however, he was able to make this experience almost comical.

Outstanding service. I had Al change all of the locks on my house today. He showed up on time and went straight to work. He took the time to even clean and replace rusty components of the door knobs and hardware so they work much smoother. Yes, the job did take a bit longer than I anticipated, but thats because it was done with care. I wouldnt hesitate to use A&S again.

Today, I unfortunately locked my truck while it was still running. My spare key was an hour away so decided to call A & S to help me out, and Im sure glad I did. They were very quick to arrive at the location which my vehicle was at and only took a matter of minutes for them to unlock the doors! I would recommend them to anybody! Thank You!
