High value: quick, knowledgeable, and low cost. We have never had a working key for our 60-year-old front door, which has a substantial brass door handle and latch. I brought the lock assembly to the store asking if the lock cylinder could be changed to match an existing key. Austin immediately went to work, made the changes, and gave me helpful instructions for re-assembly. Even with the complication of needing to find a missing part, the total charge was well under $20.
