Sujeto grosero el que allí trabaja. Le llamo por teléfono para preguntarle acerca de los requisitos para dejarle un paquete en su local para ser enviado por UPS (también se dedican a eso allí) y de forma extremadamente prepotente, burda y grosera me interrumpe dos veces, no me responde lo que le pregunto y al final con una altanería condescendiente y de muy mal talante, me dice: "¿entendiste ahora?". No vayan a este sitio. No se los recomiendo.

On April 14 2016, I accidentally left the keys locked inside the parking lot of my job. I did not have time to call a locksmith until after, my work day was over. I was dreading it the whole day, thinking I would probably have to wait several hours before someone opens the door. A close friend of mine recommended them to me, and I called them, the were unable to assist me themselves but they called up one of their colleagues in the industry that work closer to the location I was in that moment. The locksmith had arrived 25 minutes later, and they opened the door within 20 minutes which is impressive since it is not very easy to open the door on the new Honda civic models. I would definitely call Caraballo Locksmith again, in the event that I need help being locked out or other locksmith services.

5 star experience. Needing a locksmith usually isnt good news but Caraballo Locksmith made the process smooth and headache free. The lock plug for our front door had busted so we couldnt lock/unlock the door from outside. Obviously thats a big issue so we called these guys and they were at our home within 2 hours. They had the issue fixed within 45 minutes; they replaced the lock plug with a new one. Best of all, they made sure we would still be able to use the same house key so there was no need to have new keys made for everyone. What could have become a real headache, ended up being a minor hiccup in our day and it was resolved at a very reasonable price by a very professional locksmith (Jorge). Wed definitely use them again if needed and we highly recommend their services.

Never go here to do copies for keys. Guy is rude, and overpriced two keys at 5.00 each. It was a simple key that I needed and he charged me double the price of Home Depot. Parking to enter facility is unbearable. Dark skinned, Cuban, maybe Dominican, Bald man in his early 40s. He was nothing but attitude when I told him Id pay for the copies he made, but I would need a BIG HEAD key to maneuver/ handle when opening my car door. DONT GET ROBBED. DO NOT GO HERE FOR COPIES. Try Home Depot, Ace Hardware, Wal-Mart charges good prices. Thieves !!!!!

Stay away!! Unrealible!! Dishonest!!! Awful service!! I need to replace the key for my mailbox at my condominium. They supposedly sent somebody down and I came home from work bc they asked that I be there. The guy calls me to tell he is there. I show up and the guy is not there. I call him and he tells me he left the building bc he was supposedly told that the building manager was supposed to be there. Best part is the front desk tells me that no one ever showed up. They were lying to me this whole time!

Dealt with this company twice. Called back for a secondary job because although the owners son keot me waiting over two hours, his technician was still professional and a hard worker. Second time, same thing. Owner son needs to not treat this place as his hang out spot. It is a business not a couch.

Horrible service, I replaced the shell of a working key and charged me $75. The key never worked the same so I went back the next day and they tell me after he was trying to sell me a new programmed key that would cost a pretty penny. All I wanted to change was my plastic cover that was cracked
