A cheaper locksmith lives up to its name and slogan. The service is reasonable priced, but they deliver a high quality service. I got locked out of my car recently, with the keys in my trunk. No spare. They came in and unlocked the car in no time, without damaging the car in any way. The guy that came out was very nice to talk to and very friendly. They even charged me less than estimated and the whole experience was very pleasant. All in all, the service part was awesome. The reason Im giving it 4 stars is that they had made a spare key that was not needed for the emergency lockout procedure. They told me I could go pick it up, since it was already made. They charged me 55 bucks for a basic, non-chip, non-laser-cut key. I do think the price was very steep, and I would have gone with a different locksmith should I had the will to do so at the time. They just caught me off guard on that one. This, of course, is completely separate from the lockout service provided, and I dealt with a different person for the key than the one that actually got my car unlocked. [UPDATE] Not even 10 minutes after I posted the original review, I got a call from A Cheaper Locksmith. They admitted that I had in fact paid too much for the key. When I answer with an ironic/joking "Do you think so?" they explained the matter better: Since I didnt deal with the same guy that performed the service earlier when I went to pick up the keys, there was a miscommunication and I was charged for the full service again, or something like that. Since that was the case, they actually went on and voided the transaction, so that I would get a refund for the 55 bucks that I had "paid for the key". Having them apologize and own their mistake [including the refund, that I really appreciate] actually speaks even better of them. We can all make mistakes, but not everyone will actually make things right. Some unscrupulous businesses would perhaps kept the money and say nothing. So, props for this guys and 5 start rating this time. They earned my business, though I hope I dont have to use them again [not for lockout emergency services, anyway], haha. [UPDATE]

I had such a hassle calling locksmiths and dealerships trying to get a key made to not only unlock my car, but start it as well. Just about every locksmith was telling me it would be a $15-25 fee just to check it out, then pricing would start anywhere from $100-119 and go up from there. That was a lot as it was, and then the dealership told me it would be $60 to make a key, and then another $100 plus, just to program it to the car. Anywhere else priced me anywhere from $170 to $200. A Cheaper Locksmith charged $135 flat rate, and then $35 for a second spare key to be made, totaling $170 for the whole thing, which would have been give or take the low end of the other prices, for just 1 key. A Cheaper Locksmith was super friendly and helpful and I would absolutely recommend to anyone. Hopefully I never have to need them again, but if I do, I sure know who to call!

they are cheap for a reason !!! They called several times throughout the day because they couldnt get my vin # straight to save their lives (I even gave him my plate# my insurance, county of registration, and tag #) and would not make my key beforehand when I pointed out that most got it from the interior door and he could keep the key if he thought something was amiss as is the standard practice (because people also dont generally provide all info over the phone or pay before work is complete??)-- of literally everywhere I have ever gotten a key from the concept was truly lost DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR RESOURCES they also have a long window of time 3 hours ???? Then end up calling 15 minutes prior?? This company is completely unprofessional dude literally 2 others in this town do it for the same price even cheap my ass

These guys rock the house. Im from Phoenix and lost my key to my 2011 Infiniti G37. I called everywhere. No one was able to program my key faub. The technician that was sent out to perform the work was incredibly fast, showed up with a cut key, programmed my keyless ignition and did it with professionalism and deep technical know how. I was shocked. I had this done in Phoenix and it took over 2 hours. The Infinity dealership wanted me to tow the vehicle in and charge me over $600.....and Infiniti lied to me and told me only they could do it. This company was honest and PRO LEVEL. Polite knowledgeable technician and very quick to show up as well as complete the work. Super happy. Next level pros here. No joke, they are stunning....and the cost...super reasonable.

I was locked out in the middle of the night. He called when he left and when he was 5 minutes away. I really appreciated these updates. It took him 10 seconds (maybe) to get in. He never acted as if I was an inconvenience to him or that me being locked out at 1 in the morning was just going to ruin his day. The prices were also the cheapest I could find. He got me in for 85 and everyone elses was going to be more than 100. He gave me some of his cards and now my whole family keeps them in their wallets. Seriously. This business is what small businesses were meant to be. I very much appreciate the work they did for me. Although I hope to never need to use them again, there will never be any question as to who I will call.

I had looked at using them before when I lost my friends car key but I couldnt use them because AAA wouldnt take them...They Should. Jay and Kim are some of the best people youll ever met. Plus everyone knows everything about any and every type of lock. I had to get 2 spare car keys cut and they had them done in less than 3 minutes. And the price I paid was beyond fair. It doesnt matter what type of lock/key issue you have, they can take care of it for you. I will be doing business with them again and I can tell you, as a Insurance Agent, there arent that many good locksmiths out there but this is clearly one of them. They are the Best!!!

Found this place on Google today, reviews are solid and I liked the name. Called them up with hopes the could duplicate a key for a roof carrier that was broken in half, he had me send him a picture of the key to verify he could copy even if it wasnt broken, 5 minutes later he said he could do it. The picture I sent him saved me a drive and I really appreciated that. I headed up there, 10 minutes later I had two copies that are working perfectly. Friendly guys in the store, definitely know their stuff and the pricing was true to their name. Not bad at all. I will be back

My husband went there today bc we call Donnie at bowles locksmith to come make a key for my ford explorer and he couldnt get it programmed he tried for over 2 hours and it turns out that he had made the wrong key to begin with so my husband took it to a cheaper locksmith and they cut him 2 new key (the correct keys)and programmed them in less than 10 mins and had great customer service Awsome attitudes and the best deals (GREAT LOCKSMITHS) MOST DEFIANTLY HAVE OUR BUSINESS FOR.
