A Knight is Shining Armor is something of the past. Now they are heroes! Our hero is Christian Benavides of The Lock Jocks, Locksmith Service. Two days ago, my grand babies hit the safety lock button on the doors of the SUV. The one and ONLY LOCKSMITH, that we could reach and who could come in a reasonable time, who also would not accept any payment for his services was Christian. He was also kind enough to show us how to turn off the SUV alarm. He is a real hero for us. I want everyone to know we were fortunate that he answered the phone and help us. I want to thank him. I also want to praise him for the excellent service with a smile. Everyone, I would call him 1st, before I call anyone else. In fact, knowing me, I won’t be calling anyone else period. Thank you again Christian for what you did for us. May others experience your great service.

I locked myself out of my house and gave Lock Jocks a call. I got in touch with Christian who was very upfront on the cost to come out and get me back in my house. His price was very reasonable and I appreciated the fact he was upfront with the cost and didnt have a service call fee followed by an estimate to pick the lock. Christian did an excellent job communicating how long it would be before he could come by. Once Christian arrived, he didnt mess around. He was able to get me back in my house without damaging the locks, door, or door frame. I would highly recommend giving Lock Jocks a call if you need someone who is open and honest about the cost and work needed and knows what they are doing.

Best customer service by far. I called many places and received the run around. One company told me it would be around 50 dollars, and when they dispatched the technician he told me over the phone it would be 110-150 without even knowing the service I needed. Christian with Lock Jock offered an affordable price and worked with my needs. I called and needed help in a hurry and he was ready to provide severe immediately. Was given a quote for a whole house large job quote with hourly rate estimate(7 re-keying, adding 4 deadbolts to doors that didnt have them, and adding two door knobs)Christian stated if he went over what he estimated the job to be, he wouldnt charge extra time. He stuck to his word and what I paid is what he quoted me at. With the quality of work, professionalism and good housekeeping, I wouldnt trust anyone else with my house keying needs!
