I gave price for late night service and a price for tomorrow. Customer wanted tomorrow price now, would not let go. Told her she does not set prices, she would not let go. She implied I must give cheaper price or she would tell everyone how awful I am. I told her to stick it. Husband called back, I felt empathetic and gave him less than the night rate, and I thought maybe she felt bad about blackmailing me and made him call. I draw the line at corrupt practices and dishonesty.

Horrible. A sexist pig who gave me a much higher estimate than he gave my husband. Refused to come out when we needed him--"was sick and tired of everyone calling him at the last minute." How can you know you need a locksmith in advance?! Ive never felt so belittled, or had anyone be so rude to me, especially someone who is in the service industry.

I busted a key and didnt have a spare (I know, I know). Within 10 minutes of arrival he had a new, working key cut (with spare). Would definitely recommend to anyone in the Dubuque area.
