My car was in an accident on Sunday and Midtown Collision was able to see me Monday morning. Everyone was very nice and respectful. They are truly concerned about your safety. My car was deemed unsafe to drive and they offered to call a rental car service for me or provide me a loaner car. They did a great job working along side my insurance company and keeping me up to date on all the progress of my car. They were even able to complete all the work on my car in a timely manner and did an amazing job. They stand by their work and provide 100% warranty on all their work. I had unforeseen issues with my radio after, and they even sent someone to pick up my car to take it to have it seen and fixed. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WOULD USE AGAIN!!!

I can not say enough about Midtown Collision Center, they fixed my car a day early then estimated and even cleaned the inside and outside of my car just because,Great Customer Service is a hard find these days and this place is a good find, I recommend if you need to have your car serviced that you take it here I doubt you will find anything better and speaking from experience I have not.

We had a car towed to Midtown after my daughters accident. Mark and the rest of the staff at Midtown went above and beyond what would be expected to help us. After we decided to not fix the car Mark called around and got us the best price from salvage yards for it. All at no charge to us! Honest place giving honest service!

They took the time to figure out what repairs were needed and did so in a timely fashion. Midtown saved me time and money. They are honest and very fair.
