I went there just to get the plastic underneath fender put back on and the corner piece of my bumper replaced. The guy looked at it first and said oh its only gonna be 30min of work. Keep in mind i had my own parts already so nothing needed to be ordered. I was there all day from like 9:45am until after 3:00. No one updated me as to what was going on or anything. This place just seems like a hang out spot. I even walked around the building to go to the store and just saw people standing around. One of the guys came out maybe twice a claimed they were almost done as the hours past which was a lie but after all they finally called me to come to explain what they were doing and it was obviously a lie and after all that i was over charged $385. Very unprofessional... whomever gave them good reviews must know them personally.

Kenneth Clark the paint and body technician that painted by car did a superb job. Beside the excellent paint job he was professional, accurate with his time schedule for completion, drop off and pick up service and very friendly. My over all experience here was great.
