We had an extremely positive experience with American Heating & Air. Andrea was very helpful setting up the appointment and handling the billing and answering all of my questions. Ramiro had come out to do the quote and we requested him to do the install as well. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. Ramiro and his crew came out and installed a new condenser and AC system. The existing one was over 30 years old! We were VERY satisfied with Ramiro, his entire crew that assisted, and the final product. We live in the Lake Geneva area and I highly recommend this company. They are one of the most professional HVAC companies that I have had the privilege of working with. Thank you Andrea and Ramiro for the highest level of customer satisfaction provided to me and my family!

I am a manager of a group home for dısabled adults and our heat went out ın the mıddle of the nıght. Amerıcan Heatıng and Aır came out ın the mıddle of the nıght and got our furnace up and runnıng. The tech was curtıous and professıonal. He even brouht extra biankets ın case we were ın need durıng the repaır. ı am defınately goıng to use them agaın and wıll recommend them to everyone.
