This company is pathetic. I hired them to do some roof repairs after a prior company failed to come back to finish their lousy job. So these guys knew that I already had problems with a roofing company. They made an appointment with me that was two weeks out in the future and then cancelled that appointment due to someone being sick. They then schedule the second appointment for about 3 weeks after that and cancelled due to someone quitting their company. I asked why they are so short handed with employees and the lady said just their repair guy had left the company but they still have full roofing crews. However, she said they dont use those guys for repairs. So, basically, they had the manpower to do my job but just made a decision to blow off my job because theyd rather not use the higher quality installation guys. They also pushed really hard for a deposit which I refused to provide. Thats because I didnt want my original roofing company to show up some day when I wasnt home and finish the job. I told them Id provide a deposit a few days before their scheduled job and am now glad I didnt give them any money.

I cant say enough good things about Bradley Enterprises. They are the best! Bradley installed a beautiful new roof on our house in 2009. The 10 year warrantee came in handy the other day when some minor maintenance work was needed. Meg at Bradley was so helpful, she provided me with amazing customer service. Someone named Rich was sent out quickly to fix the problem. When he arrived he was so nice, he had the problem with the roof fixed in no time and made sure I understood what was done before he left. I will be sure to recommend Bradley to anyone needing a roof.

Bradley recently completed work on the roof of our family home and I could not be happier. They are the best roofing contractors ever. This is my second house and I had some damage to my roof. Which I needed to get a new roof since my old one was leaking and I had water stains on the ceiling in my bedroom and hallway. Bradley was so helpful along with providing me with exceptional customer service. Thanks guys I will recommend you to everybody I know.

Arrived on time, finished the project in one day... stayed late to cleanup and pickup... Superintendent came the following day to inspect, review and discuss... i would recommend them without hesitation.

Unbelievably terrible service. Called several times to request a quote and they never showed and would not return my calls. There has to be some other company out there who cares about helping people.

Bradley makes cold calls to people in the area, completely ignoring the do not call list. Do not support them unless you want to support this business practice.
