My husband and I bought a fixer upper almost two years ago. We decided we wanted to get our small 5 x 8 bathroom remodeled. We called JW Dunnwright in February of 2016 to inquire about their services and they started the process last July 2016. We were initially told that the bathroom remodel would take 8 weeks to get completed. After numerous phone calls back and fourth, excuses that they were short on workers and other unexplained waiting, the bathroom finished this January of 2017. My husband and I were extremely patient through the process, however it was upsetting that something that was supposed to be a quick process turned into a massive ordeal. Mind you, it was a 5 x 8 bathroom and we were told 8 weeks...not 6 months. It is now almost May 2017 and the lock box is still on the outside of our house, and come to find out the permits are still opened on the bathroom. I have called numerous times to question this process, and there has been no sense of urgency. The overall process has been a nightmare and customer service was no where to be found with J.W. Dunnwright. I would not suggest using this company for any of your services. If it took 6 + months to finish a small bathroom I can only imagine how long it would take to build a home.

I had a leak I my living room that I had "repaired" by a couple of other companies. The guys at JW Dunnwright took care of the problem. What was supposed to be an easy fix, according to the other companies turned out to be shotty brick work around the chimney. Johns crew found the actual cause of the leak, removed and replaced all of the bricks to fix the problem. If I hadnt watched them do it, I wouldnt have believed they did anything! Superior workmanship and attention to detail. They even were able to reuse the old bricks and save some cost for me. The roof repair was done quickly and they cleaned up after themselves so no mess was left. The sheetrock guy was great and you can not tell there was ever anything wrong!! The job was done right this time and at a fair price!! I would recommend to any body, give them a call and have them take care of your repair/remodeling needs!!!! They are very thorough, professional and do top notch craftsmanship!!!

We needed an update in our guest bathroom and the guys at J.W. Dunnwright came over, took measurements and we were all set to renovate! Jon met us at the shop to select a counter-top that was suitable for the measured space - great to get the insight from a professional who has handled many bathroom renovations! We selected the perfect counter-top, sink and fixtures! They arrived as scheduled for the demo which went very smooth - quick and efficient! Within two weeks - exactly as promised - we had a updated guest bathroom with very little stress on us! We also trusted them with a Wind Mitigation Inspection for a new insurance policy. They did the inspection in a timely manner and handled all aspects of the paperwork with our insurance agent. J. W. Dunnwright is our "go-to" when we need any repairs or if we just have a question and need an expert opinion! We would definitely recommend them!

I highly recommend J.W. Dunnwright to anyone! They have done work for my mom, a friend of mine and myself. The work done for my mom and myself was in done in a very timely manner and far exceeded our expectations. For my mom they replaced her outside deck. For myself they did a master bathroom remodel. I then recommend them to my friend who is out of state and owns a house, here in Pensacola. They did multiple things for her to include floor replacement due to water damage, as well as a few small things... Everyone with the company is very professional and a pleasure to work with. As stated above I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I had called close to 15 different companies to do an odd, yet expensive job at a clients house. J.W. Dunwright was the only company that was willing to take on the challenge. Everything was on a tight time frame too, and they came through for us without a problem! Their work was fantastic, price was competitive, timeline was spot on, permit was pulled, and they even cleaned up after themselves. After dealing with many, many companies in the past, I can proudly recommend J.W. Dunwright for any large or small project. They saved the day for me and my clients!

Jon the "Boss" was really unpolite and unprofessional, they sent out another company called Pensacola Roofing Company? If I wanted them to do the job I would ask them to do it.. They did a horrible job, its been 8 months and my chimneys leaking and a couple shingles look like they are about to fall off. If you need any roof repairs definitely do not call them if you need roofing dome, call them if you need a toilet or something done because you will be flushing your money right down the toilet.

Cant even get them to return my call for my initial quote. I was asked to give them two weeks for them to get back to me. It has now been a month. Ive called twice being told I will be called within the hour by someone and have had 0 calls back. If they cant be courteous enough to call on a quote how can I expect great customer service for the project? I will be doing my business elsewhere.

Great team, honest to a fault. They were not the cheapest but by far the best. They did what they said, on time and on budget. We need a concrete 24’ x 42’ pad poured and some electric worked done. Their guys were on time, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. We’re gonna do some bathroom work done next year and they we know who we’re gonna call...J.W. Dunnwright! Thanks guys!
