To start with, I was completely uncertain as to who I should call. The hvac unit here had a little age on it but was cooling until the blower fan suddenly quit. Im glad I chose Redds. The technician was smart, polite, efficient, and got my parts under warranty. Job well done, and kudos to the support staff for keeping me apprised of the situation (yes, we had to wait a day for parts; no ones fault). This company truly IS proud to be of service ; look no further.
