I am a retired veterans work off of a fixed income I called Ward construction to get a mobile home moved over three months ago so I get told I am put on the list for it to be moved after having to call every couple of days because they dont tell you where you are on the list or if they can even move it. Finally I get somebody on the phone and he tells me he has the invoice and well be looking at the trailer tomorrow so he goes ahead and looks at the trailer but I never hear any response on whether they can or cant move it, so I called the office first thing in the morning the next day and I am told that Bobby the manager is supposed to come to my property to see where he will be setting the trailer down. I explained to him at about 10 a.m. the problems I have had with communication with this business and who pretty much wrote them off. So I waited anyways from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. with no phone call no text no nothing, I tried to call Bobby and he didnt answer when I called the office they said they havent heard from him all day and he should have already been by my house. After calling from my wifes phone to Bobby he answers and the first thing out of his mouth is how he is headed home and wont be out until tomorrow (sunday) I have taken all of my day Saturday to wait on him and then he tells me he wont be back out until tomorrow. So I explained that I am a disabled veteran and it is very important to get back in touch with me if anything comes up or goes wrong or anything for that matter, he claims he called myself and my wife and when he repeated the phone number he had the wrong number for me, and my wifes phone never missed a call. So I try to get him to understand it from my point of view in hopes Maybe I can pay his gas and he can come back to look at it and instead he says "just get someone else im not dealing with this" all this said I would like to forewarn anybody that tries to get anything done with this company to be Leery and make sure that they hold up their end when it comes to a timeline or even doing the job for that matter.

Ward Construction set up a modular for us, and from the beginning of the process, it was a complete nightmare. They crew lied to us, did not correct the problems, and we continue to have problems with their work. They put together the plumbing under the house, and this past weekend, the plumbing pipes came apart. So apparently they were never put together or glued correctly. Previously, when they put our modular together there was a gap where the seam is, and they supposedly fixed that as well. The gap is now even worse than it was before.

Lied to by staff, ignored calls by owner, excuses for not completing work, send inexperienced employee to do work at the end of the day just to hopefully quiet our mouths, incomplete work causing additional issues
