i worked for McGill trucking from 06/2014 to 10/2014, the co-owner was phill mcgill, working for him was real hard due to the following reasons, his trucks broke down every week, even when i tried to tell him what problems he needed to take care of to prevent a major problem , he wouldnt fix until there was a major breakdown and then he would only get it fixed enough to make it to the next week.he was the type of person that had to talk all of the time and be right, you couldnt get a word in, and when you tried, he would say " call me back, i got somebody on the other line." He aws the type of person that will tell you something and you could tell him something oneday and the very next day he would say that he didnt say that or you never told him anything, or if he remebered part of it,he would say that everyone is lying, this included when you brought back receipts for over the road expenses he would say that he had already paid you back for reimbursment when he hasnt.once i resigned from his company and tried to find other employment,i found out that he had gave out false work history, saying that i had abandoned his truck for 3 days, that i cursed out dock workers, that i wrecked his equipment, and that i moved his truck without permission.once i found out that this is what he was putting out there,i called and confronted him,i never abandoned his truck at any time,i always stayed with the truck when there were maintance issues and always brought it back to his truck parking when i was on hometime. i never cursed anyone while on tghe job,if there was a problem, i always called him and relayed what the problem was,he always cursed and talked about the places i delivered my statement was always that is between you, the dispatcher, and shipper/consignee, im just the driver following instructions.i never broke or destroyed any of his property, the minute something went wrong,i immediately reported it to him.i should have took notice that before i came on he had 3 drivers before me that left quickly, so beware.

This is a horrible place to buy furniture if you buy from this store, I must warn you to buy at your own risk. I bought a recliner from them on 5-7-17. On 6-14-17 one side of the recliner stop reclining leaving the recliner stuck in the air. I took a picture the same day and went up to The Room Place and showed them the picture of the defective merchandise. I was told by the sales manager Courtney to email the picture to an email address which she gave to me and someone will reach out to me to make an appointment to send a service tech out to look at it. I did was I was instructed to do and a tech came to our home and said that it was the control switch and it needed to be replace. I was told that the part was going to be in the warehouse on 7-26-17. Sad to say it wasnt. So I called back to the store and spoke with the store manager Litasha. Needless to say she started out assisting me and then I was told all the story of why the part wasnt in the warehouse. How and what she would have done if she would have handled the mishap the list goes on. To make a long story short I asked for a refund and Litasha said that the Vice President Jasmine told her no they was not going to give me a refund. I asked Litasha to send an email to the owner who name is Vernon and I am waiting for his response. My husband and I paid $1,564.83 for a sofa this doesnt recline on one side. This has been very frustrating when dealing with The Room Place about resolving the matter. Again buy at your own risk. If you want to get the run around and make multiple calls about defective furniture something that is no fault of your own then buy from them. If you like giving your money away by all means they accept donations. I will keep you posted on the end result. This is our second time buying defective furniture from The Room Place but rest assure this is our last. You would have thought I would have learned from the first time silly me. The location is Carmel Indiana

After seeing several advertisements on TV for the HARP loans, and how they can help you with lowering your interest rate, I called. Guess what, all of the TV advertisements were WRONG!! They currently only help people that have a Fannie Mae Loan. If you dont currently have a Fannie Mae Loan they dont do anything to help you. I believe that that should be stated in their TV advertisements to let people know not to even bother to call for help if you do not currently have a Fannie Mae Loan. In my opinion that is false advertising and should be corrected. And another thing they advertise is they can complete a loan without having an appraisal done. NOT True!!! I was told that we would have to have an appraisal done at our expense, and then we may not qualify for a loan. So why would we? Please try to correct these blantent lies!!!!

If I could give it a zero I would! Hi, At the Seven Peaks Duneland Waterpark. We were there on 6-15-17 My daughter and her friend sustained serious injuries by one of the lifegards having to push ttheir double tube from getting stuck with not much water pressure I am assuming on the vortek ( toilet bowl as the kids call it) . The tube flipped and my daughter who is 12 shattered her collerbone and her friend hit her head multiple times . Her friend has a concussion and my daughter underwent surgery with a metalplate and 6 screws put in her! Lots of media attention surrounding the now 14 kids burned or broken bones are out there but they are avoiding all of our attempts for contact! Not only should this place be shut down indefiantely, the owners of these waterparks should be held liable for these occurences.!

BBB refuses to publish correct business information and instead published a completely false address for our business. Ive told them repeatedly that they have our business address wrong, but they continue to list it that way. Ive told them that if they dont believe the address I give them, they should check with the Secretary of State, but they wont do that. They also note on their website that all of the mail that theyve tried to send to our business has been returned. If you send mail to an address that doesnt exist, it will be returned. I dont trust the BBB. Edited 5/2/17: Now the BBB has different information listed on their website which still does not match what is listed with the Secretary of State. The least scrupulous company is the BBB and they dont accept complaints against themselves.

Our furniture was not set up correctly by Ashley Furniture Homestore in Greenwood, IN and it has damaged our floor, the delivery team broke a light globe off of our ceiling fan and scratched the newly painted wall. We got this furniture on 10/3/16 and today is 10/25/2016...still fighting for Ashleys to fix it because they absolutely refuse to just take it back and refund us...maybe its because we spent $7k in this store and got shotty work and service. However, the whole store management and their 3rd party reps can never get on the same page and consistently give me mixed and wrong information. Truly this store does not deserve any stars but I marked one.
