I was initially very impressed how quickly they came out to do the free assessment and I was very optimistic to work with them. Downhill from there. Over a two-week period, Ive called 8 to 10 times, including speaking to the receptionist as well as voicemails left, and I cannot get anyone to send me a quote for the assessment. Each time I talk to them, its "I know, Im so sorry you had to call again, Ill get the quote out to you by the end of the day". If its this difficult to get them to allow me to pay them, imagine how difficult it will be if I have problems with their work. And now their voice mailbox is full. The might be going out of business.

They look terrific. This company has been in business a long time, with a great reputation. They are extremely reliable and do really great work. John was very professional and helped me understand in detail what was needed and even suggested a lower price fire log set that was exactly the one Id picked out on my own! They came out and did a chimney rebuild for me after I had to fire another company after they rescheduled me for the third time. The mason took great pride in his work and my chimney is MUCH nicer than it was before...and all I needed was a rebuild to the same way it was before. Exceeded my expectations!
