I am a Real Estate Broker and Property Manager. After adding a Gulf front beach home to my management business, there was a noticeable odor, and signs of a problem. An in-depth inspection was set. The Owner, Pat, came himself to oversee the inspection. It didnt take long to discover what the issues were. Pat saved the Owner $$$ right off the bat by not conducting the high-dollar inspection. "The problem is obvious and further testing would tell us what we already know." Pat put together a comprehensive bid and spoke directly with the Owner at my request. There was a catch. The Owners family were due to arrive the following week. Pat Green and his team geared up and installed two compressors, air handlers, dehumidifies, repaired air ducts, and rebuilt the air handler platforms in the closets. BOOM! DONE! Happy Owner. Happy Property Manager. So happy, the Owner had Pat return last week to duplicate the same work on the guest house. Done, and DONE!

We were so impressed with the thorough evaluation and estimate from Pat Green especially when compared to another AC company we got an estimate from. Pat Green also provided us with multiple options to replace our outdated AC system and they were approximately half the price of the other company. The other company also advised us that all of our duct work needed to be replaced. Pat Green said that was not necessary. Our indoor and outdoor system was replaced and they even moved the outdoor system to the opposite side of the house in one day! All of the employees were very professional and courteous. They also left our home in the same clean state that it was in before they arrived!! I hope we never have to replace our new system but if we do we will certainly call PAT GREEN!!!

This business has an awesome group that helped me understand what, and why previous companies couldnt fix my problems. Cleaning my house too frequently was ridiculous. It was suggested that I give them a try. A consultant, and tech came out with various test equipment. They helped me get financing at a really good rate. Instead of getting the a/c unit replaced, the duct and registers were the issue. There were gaps between the ceiling and supply boxes that caused air to go to the attic, and cracks in the air handler closet that sucked dirt, moisture and outside from the attic. Their motto was "Test! Dont guess!" Thats exactly what solved my issues.

We had a complete new system put in on 10 Mar 2016 and could not be happier with the results. They were half the price of some of their competitors and actually fixed my problems as advertised. The installation technicians were courteous and thorough. My electric bill has already dropped considerably and the humidity in my house is significantly lower. We had several other competitors come and assess my old system and Pat Green was the only one that didnt try to pull a fast one on us. Honestly couldnt be happier and they come with our highest recommendations.

I recently had the pleasure to hire this amazing company! I requested a quote to have a whole new ac system installed. They sent out Jeremy, who spent days reworking the numbers until he got it to a number we could afford. Once we agreed on a price, they had a team out within a few days installing the new system. The whole team was professional, polite, hard working, respectful men. It took them 2 days and they had it installed. And then they followed up to make sure everything was working exactly how we wanted. This company is amazing!

Pat Green installed a new AC unit at my daughters house. The old unit was in terrible shape. The installers were very nice and did an exceptional job of installing the new unit. They sealed holes, replaced all lines, and even replaced the electrical box by the outside unit. They cleaned up and made sure everything was in order. I was impressed with all the employees of Pat Green who made our installation so easy. I would recommend Pat Green to anyone who is thinking about replacing their AC unit.

Pat Green Heating and Cooling has the best service, and prices that didnt kill my wallet to boot. During the hot and humid summer around here is no time to guess about how good an AC company is and you dont have to with Mr. Green. I had my AC go out on a weekend and they had it back to cooling me down within two hours. They are definitely my go to people for my comfort.

Great business ethics. Honest and thorough without the high-pressure sales. They follow-up and provide options. I pursued quotes with other companies that didnt measure up to Pat Green. My new Dakin inverter system is very quiet and I will be looking forward to see how the system does during this summer.

Our air conditioning unit went out last week. So we called Pat Green and they gave us a great price on our unit. Jeremy was very helpful with helping us finance our ac unit! We recieved a 12 year warranty on our unit, and it was installed the next day! Service was great!

Great service and reasonably priced. Our unit went out in the middle of the summer and they were out and had it fixed in no time. I have used other air conditioning businesses in town in the past and these guys were the most professional and the most reasonably priced.

"$3,549.00 total for a (2) ton unit swap out" the unit costs $1,683.00, so basically he wants $1,866.00 for less than 8 hours of labor. My surgeon and my lawyer both charge me less than that.
