No nonsense warehouse gym with old school vibe and lots of serious equipment. Never any danger of running out of squat racks. The music choice can sometimes be off-putting (specifically Korn and Linkin Park). Lots of strong people but everyone is there to get stronger, not to judge anyone else. Makes for a great training environment.

The gym is great for anyone, whether it be a causal gym goer or competitors. There is plenty of equipment for bodybuilding, power lifting, Olympic lifting, etc. The owner, Dan is also very flexible and is a great person to deal with.
