Comfortable setting, clean equipment, and amazing tanning beds! Very happy staff every time I go in and the price is really affordable. The only reason I am giving this a 3 star review is based on the fact that pizza days exist in this gym chain. If youre going to serve food to your clients why not encourage their healthy lifestyle that YOU AS A COMPANY are advertising to get their money in the first place and instead offer it with equally healthy foods? Very disappointing- IF this changed I would be more willing to give a 5 star review because this is really my only issue I have with Planet Fitness. Dont strive to keep your clients by setting them up to fail in the beginning.

Was very disappointed by my visit here. Was definitely busy in the gym, but whole time I was there I never had anyone show me anything. I sat around for a few minutes before Managers said I could look around. I just walked around and left. Didnt feel wanted at all. Staff seemed really rude and disrespectful, everyone was just sitting around taking pictures of each other on there phones. I have been to other one in the city and it was ok sometimes. Hopefully owner will make changes because this one is close to my work and home.

This is like a playground for adults! A playground that will make you healthier and happier, that is! Terrific, supportive staff, top of the line equipment and a judgement free place where everyone can feel they belong no matter what their condition. I highly recommend not only my East Towne Planet Fitness, but by all means, go for the Black Card membership, and enjoy all kinds of fabulous benefits in the Black Card Spa! My favorite is the Hydro Massage Loungers! Best fitness club ever!

I enjoy working out there a great deal. The drawbacks are that I cant go alone because I always get hit on and it makes me really nervous, they dont really offer classes even if they offer coaching, and I definitely would prefer more amenities. Still, for being very reasonably priced, they have a nice locker room with plenty of lockers, the staff are friendly and helpful, the massage beds are lovely, the equipment is great in its variety, and the showers are fantastic.

So I joined Planet Fitness about a week ago, but the gym was not open. They charged me my membership fee before I expected it to come out. Usually youd think theyd say oh well, too bad, but the customer service I experienced from Nolan was excellent! They made it up to me, and for the great customer service and the many amenities I will definitely recommend them to anyone, family and friends included!

I like this gym alot. Would 5 star but lately every 3 of 5 workouts I cant get in the room to stretch or use the lower back machine. Would be great to move them to another location considering there is 1 of each of these in the entire place and can never use them because there is a training class and they block the entire room. Not fair to the 50 other people in the gym for 10 people in the class.

I have always been into working out and keeping my body in shape. I once had a membership at the Princeton Club and also the Sun Prairie Athletic Club. Both were great gyms; however I havent ever been more motivated to work out a gym more than I am with Planet Fitness. When you read the signage around the gym, you really feel that you belong. Just a wonderful atmosphere.

Its modern, clean and has all the amenities I need to stay focused and work out! The staff has been friendly and helpful. The personal trainer Stephany was awesome to work with and helped me develop a workout plan and goals to stay motivated! Great place and so glad they are on the east side! The message beds and tanning are a great "all in one" perk as well!!

Getting to the gym is a struggle for me especially during busy times at work. I love that PF is open 24hrs as it allows me to go to the gym when Im working 14hr days. I also really like how many options there are for working out and I dont ever feel like Im being judged. The locker room is also very clean which is probably the #1 advantage!

I truly appreciate how well run Planet Fitness East Madison is. Always a friendly hello when you walk it. Clean! Someone is always cleaning. Good variety of up to date equipment. I dont have to wait for a machine. Stephanie is a great personal trainer. Finally, the massage beds are a perfect way to end a workout. Thank You

Always friendly and accommodating. The facility is very clean and well maintained. I love that the Black Card area is separated by frosted doors and feels a little more secluded. Equipment is kept clean and in working order. Love it there!

This place has a friendly and helpful staff. Machines are new and all of them are clean and maintained. Plenty machines for cardio and not so many for heavylifters. I still get my workout done. And you cant beat the price!

Awesome and clean space. Love the PF360 workout area w/ monkey bars, infinity rope, battle ropes, and other fun toys. Definitely an upgrade from the other PFs in Madison w/ each cardio equipment with a personal TV.

Shame someone would give a 1 star rating for a location that isnt open yet, even though you could have easily found that out by doing a little research. Businesses shouldnt have to suffer because of your laziness.

I love going to planet fitness to workout. Im a former gym manager of a larger gym so Im critical of my experience. The east towne location is always top notch customer service and the facility is very clean.

I love Planet Fitness East Towne! State of the art gym. The trainer Stephany is awesome and instructs an greate PF360 class. She is a class act. Staff couldnt be more friendly... working out here makes my day!

my idea is you should let a new member try all you machine or black spa the first time for the customer other while they will not join to be a member be cause they never experience your fitness equipment

When is it going to be 24hr open on the Eastside? My time frame is only open after 5pm. Hate to drive either south side or westside just to workout takes about 30min drive to either one.

As advertised -PF is very much a go get your workout done, whatever it is, whatever level youre at. Judgement free zone is what they say and that has been my observation as well.

Im glad theyre finally open! This location is far more convenient for me than Monona, and since I have the all-access level of membership, I can work out at any location.
