HIGHLY RECOMMEND for business printing! I rarely need printed materials, but when I do, I only trust Brilliant DPI. I am a running coach and personal trainer and have little understanding of the advertising world. I worked with Chris and Annette at Brilliant to help design post-cards, graphics for social media, and print-outs for ads. I would give a general idea for what I was looking for and the Brilliant team would ask all the right questions regarding my target audience is and from there would create outstanding work that I could never dream of. We could go back and forth with a couple of suggestions via email or phone and within hours the masterpiece would be created. Their timing was always shorter than they estimated. Brilliant took the time to make sure that I was satisfied with putting my name, logo, and brand on the work they created. Especially when it comes to the quality of products I had prior to working with Brilliant, I cant even compare. Brilliant wins every time!

We have been working with BrilliantDPI since we moved the company here. I was looking to get a decal printed for our office - Chris was referred to me by a friend. The entire BrilliantDPI staff was professional, responsive and friendly! The decal was ordered but it didnt stick to the wall too well do to a number of factors - the paint on the wall was too wet, our office temperature was out of wack and other things. Chris, the CEO, personally came down to check it out. He made a new decal for us ASAP for free! Ive been working with Chris and his team ever since for all our print needs. I would highly recommend BrilliantDPI for everything from business cards to building signs. These guys are great and truly awesome people!

I was looking for a place to make a "inside joke" gift for my daughters birthday. Nothing big a sign that was 5" x 18". I had been looking online for weeks trying to find a place that would use what was apparently a non standard color as the background color. Then I reached out to Chris at Brilliant DPI. A couple of Facebook messages and a phone call later he saw my vision and was able to make it a reality. I am guessing this was a very small job for them (size and cost wise), but I was treated like I was one of their largest customers. I can not thank Brilliant DPI enough for helping make this "inside joke" gift for my daughter a reality!

These People are vey hard to deal with. They messed up the vinal on my car... it was peeling off after a week. They tried to fix it but made it look worse. They refused to offer me any kind of discount/reimbursment, and they would not redo it for free. I would not recommed this business to anyone! EVER! What a RIP OFF!
