I have had a terrible experience working with them. I emailed a couple questions for quotes and had no response for two days until I hounded them with emails and calls. Then they finally said they could do the work and it would be done by my deadline. Hours before the agreed pickup time I received an email they couldnt open one of the documents. Then finally, I go and pick up my prints and they are cut to the wrong size. Completely unusable! Working with ABC Printing has been a nightmare.

Ive been using ABC Printing for almost 3 years now in 2 different workplaces, both dealing with different type of printing. Steve Strauss and his team are magnificent at what they do. Fast turn-around times, solid pricing and great customer service. Dealing with Steve feels like ordering from a mom and pop shop. Super easy and pleasant. I recommend these guys to everyone.

If youre looking for a printer in Chicago, look no further...seriously! ABC, and more specifically ABCs outstanding rep Steve Strauss, was able to meet a tight deadline, offered helpful suggestions, and delivered booklets that exceeded my expectations. Not being from Chicago I was worried because ABCs quote was the lowest, but their execution was flawless.
