This location used to have a bigger footprint now its tucked away into a small corner entrance adjacent to the Old Navy (directly across from Wendys). Not surprised about the downsize and smaller storefront but you wouldnt know its there if youre entering Five Flags Plaza from the south. Overall this is an adequate store and convenient from Golf Rd to access. I primarily use for copy and fax service. Nothing terribly special at this location but does the job when needed.

I called to ask if they could check my computer because it wasnt working, from the moment they answer the phone every employee was very friendly and helpful specialty Danielle and Kristin, They call me to let me know that I could pick up my computer when I asked how much I had to pay they told me nothing I was in shock, they were helpful and friendly.

Friendly staff, good product selection, and a well laid out store. However, their prices are pretty high and their price match isnt very good. Their strict rules for price matching require you to overpay for products that would be 25% cheaper online. Unfortunately, this is the norm nowadays.

Didnt like the store. Guys are very slow, and where there is a problem unable to respond. Yesterday argued with department manager Mat, why every office depot can make a stamp for 5 minutes, but they need 24 hours. I wont go there anymore and will advice everybody not to go there.

Not a good store. They put my on hold repeatedly when I called to check the availability of an item and showed no interest in actually finding someone who could help me.
