I had gone to this place yesterday for printing a pdf doc from my flash drive. I have been here several times before but the experience was never as bad as yesterday. I worked my way through all the steps and final hit print but the copy would not print. Thats when I had the misfortune of meeting this rude staff at this Fedex. Not only did he have any clue about the copier, but he was insinuating and trying to blame my flash drive for the printer trouble. I later got this job done at the Skokie (Dempster road) Fedex. The staff at this Fedex guided me through a simple workaround for printing my doc. The only thing colder than the weather yesterday was the attitude of the staff at the FedEx in Park Ridge, IL. I will never visit this Fedex again. I dont mind travelling couple of extra miles to another Fedex.

Im seriously going to start filming my interactions from this location. I walked in to make a copy of a sheet I needed for work and the same woman behind the desk that was screaming on the phone and dropping f-bombs last time I was in was behind the counter. As soon as I entered, she let out one of the most audible "UUUUUUGGGGGHHHHHHHHH!" sounds Ive ever heard. Like a power lifter struggling with weights. She then looked up and said "We close in 5 minutes. Can your job be finished in 5 minutes?" Recording my visit next time. This woman is the absolute worst encounter of any customer service person Ive ever seen. Twice now.

I was not pleased with my experience here. I needed to scan something and their scanner was broken. However, they do have a scanner behind the desk that they can use for their customers. I did not have a flash drive with me, and they refused to email my document, saying its against policy. I fault the policy (unhelpful) and the customer service (unapologetic, unhelpful) for not going the extra mile to let me just email it to myself. And thinking about it now, I assume they actually sell flash drives there, so why didnt they sell me one and let me finish my project? Wasted time for us all.

Went in to get something printed off for a project, the woman at the counter was yelling on the phone at a woman named Stacy and dropping f-bombs and having a meltdown. I stood there for about 5 or 6 minutes, during which she didnt even acknowledge I was in the store. Not a hey Ill be right with you or anything so I left. The whole scenario would have been kind of hilarious if I didnt need something printed off for an important project.

I asked to have 6 copies of a 22 page document printed in three hours. Their angry sounding response was: there are 4 jobs ahead of you. I have no idea what that means so I clarified whether I could get what I needed within three hours and was told no. I went to the UPS Store 3 blocks away and had my print job done in 20 minutes. HORRIBLE service. If you cant do the job, let me know. Dont treat me like I am a print shop ignoramus.

Always insanely understaffed, and when you do finally wind up talking to someone they are either completely incompetent or rude. This is pretty much par for the course for FEDEX stores these days. Do yourself a favor and just go to the post office down the street, or even the UPS store if you need printing. Ive stopped using Fedex when I can - simply because of the stores these days. Worse then DMVs.

I used this location twice in past week and both times it was very pleasant experience. You will not find another place to be opened on Sunday early morning. Also I have to specially thank Rhonda who was assisting us on 2/22/17 around 7pm, thats what kind of employee i would want for my business, please give her a raise or special acknowledgement!

I dont what was her name. One of employees she was great. She was trying to help me but she did everything. She was talking really nice. Im glad she was in there. I was in there for shippng but print and some general thing paper glue etc you will find here✔ easy parking and great employees ✔

I sent 2 iPhones using this location, They lost my package and, After 2 weeks of claims and waist of times, they offered me $100. My shipping cost alone was $113. I understand packages get lost sometimes, but what kind of reimbursement is that, They wouldnt even cover my FEDEX Fees

They were so rude, impatient. They interrupted me and didnt let me finish my question. After 7 min on hold they transferred me to the customer service. I understand that it was 5:30 pm when I called, but ITS NOT THE END OF THE WORKING DAY! So unprofessional!!!
