We recently took part in a trade show in Chicago and needed to find someone willing to print our daily newsletter for this event. We publish late in the evenings so we couldn’t get files to MidAmerican Printing until 7pm and needed the issues to be at the convention center and 5 different hotels no later than 6am the following morning. For three days in a row, MidAmerican Printing successfully, efficiently and courteously stepped up to the plate and met our challenging demands with ease. Not only did they make all of our deadlines, but the deliveries were made to all locations early! The newsletters looked amazing and our staff and advertisers were very pleased with the outcomes. Our office is located in Maryland, so trying to find someone in Chicago to assist us made us a little nervous since we didn’t have a pre-existing relationship with any vendors there. Unprofessional and rude is an understatement. Raymond Matos who is in charge of their shipping and receiving "Manager" cursed me out, our company purposefully low balled carriers and then wanted to "F" over the receiver. If your printing is needing some sort of shipping involved, Id look else where if this is a taste of how they handle their business.
