Have been shipping packages here for yrs, one time they offered to box them for me and I said yes. They failed to mention that this costs extra, they made it seem like it was complimentary. Over my nxt few visits I was charged over $200 without being told. Very shady buisness practice to finesse customers out of over $6 per box without telling them. Wont be shipping with them anymore...

Wow, sat at the counter for 4 minutes with an employee 5 feet away working on a little project with nobody else in line. Needless to say she never said one word to me. A guy came in from the back and then took care of me. Pathetic.
