WHEN WE RETURNED THE BOAT THEY TOLD US THAT WE HAD BROKEN THE PROPELLER AND HAD TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL 200 DOLLARS. WE HAVE RENTED BOATS ALL OVER THE COUNTRY AND NEVER HAVE WE DEALT WITH A MORE RUDE AND OFFENSIVE MANAGER THAN THEY HAVE AT THIS PLACE. HE WOULD NOT LISTEN TO ANYTHING WE HAD TO SAY AND TOLD US WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY IT. WE NEVER HIT ANYTHING NOR DID WE RUN AGROUND, HOWEVER, THIS PLACE STILL HIT US WITH THIS CHARGE. IF YOU GOOGLE REVIEWS ON THIS BUSINESS YOU WILL FIND THAT OTHERS HAVE HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE. IT LOOKS LIKE IF YOU ARE FROM OUT OF STATE YOU ARE MORE LIKELY TO HAVE THIS OCCUR. AGAIN, DO NOT RENT FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT, UNLESS YOU HAVE 200 DOLLARS EXTRA TO THROW AWAY. I USUALLY DO NOT WRITE THESE KIND OF THINGS AFTER A NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE, HOWEVER, THE MANAGER WAS SO RUDE I FELT THAT NO ONE SHOULD EVER HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS.

We used Lakeside Rentals recently and they were great! We rented a pontoon boat and our pontoon boat was by far the nicest pontoon boat on the lake that day! We even got compliments from other boaters on how nice our pontoon was! The staff was also very helpful, polite, and understanding. It was funny to us that our rate was about the same as all the other boaters rates, but yet our boat was so much nicer than the other boats. We were probably on a $20,000 pontoon whereas some friends we made there were on a rusted-out pontoon that wasnt nearly as nice and they paid more than we did with Lakeside Rentals. I would highly recommend these guys!

If your looking to have some fun on the water in Minocqua, theres are the guys to fulfill your needs.I rented a pontoon from them for a week.boat was newer, clean and obviously maintained.They were on time and took pride in there customer service.I unfortunately hit a stump in the lake, but these guys surprisingly didnt over charge me like my past experience with other companies. They changed my prop during my rental period so i could keep enjoying my spring break with the family!!!

I just recently took my older boat in for some motor work. The staff and owner were completely honest with their assessment and willing to answer any questions that I had. I would recommend this facility to anyone who loves to be on the water as much as my family and I do. Absolutely an amazing experience and I will not ever go to another place for any marine needs.

Called to see about prop repair, they were able to get me in same day, put a new prop on in less than 5 minutes while I waited. Great service, very personable, will return again for future marine needs.
