In response to the owner: I am the daughter that you have falsely accused of removing/stealing things from our storage unit. Your business practices are absolutely abhorrent. You have continued to harass my mother about her TRUE and ACCURATE review of your facility. Going as far as to personally call her and threaten her with a lawsuit if she did not remove her comment. Fact: our unit was broken into just before Christmas last year. No the lock was not cut, but as the officer who responded to the call told us, there are only a certain number of keys for each lock master lock. (We didnt know this.) People have been known to target units with the regular Master Locks on them because there is a good chance that someone in the facility has a lock that matches their key. Another fact is that there is little to no security. Yes, there is a manager on site, but her blinds are drawn and she has no real presence outside of her office. There is not one camera in the whole place. As for the rental insurance, it was not offered when I originally rented the unit and I did turn it down later when it was offered. There is nothing monetary to gain from this incident. In order to even claim on your homeowners insurance it must equal 5-10% of your home value. It isnt even worth it to claim. Renters save yourself the trouble. There are plenty of other more secure, professional facilities to rent from in the area. * Note the images used are not images of the rental facilities. **

Site has manager on duty, but no security cameras. I have been storing things there for several years with no problem. However just last week, my husband went out to get some things & found several items stolen. The lock was intact & there was no sign of forced entry. Ive been asked if someone else had a key & the answer is no. So far I estimate it at over $2000 worth of merchandise. Also missing christmas stuff. Many of the items are irreplaceable. Memories from 30 plus years of family growing up. It only takes once. FIND A MORE SECURE PLACE.

I came to a storage inn in 2005 in desperation right after Katrina ruined my house. I have stayed at this storage because I am very satisfied with the excellent management. My things are safe and the area is clean and well taken care of. I have referred many of my family and friends here and will continue to do so. Keep up the good customer service!

Very very horrible customer service. I wanted my refund back and in order to get it. I have to go to customer service. Knowing that there is nothing in the paperwork at all stating about refunds. Then she try to tell me I only have 24 hours. And 48 hours later she tells me I could have done it over the phone.
