Update: Since the original post Move-It Self-Storage called and apologized and will now accommodate me by allowing automatic access to my unit between the 1st and 5th of the month. Original post: Ive been a customer/renter for business purposes here for about 3 years. The payment date falling on the 1st of the month was a bit difficult to make. So I requested that payments be drafted on the 5th of the month. I was told to put the request in writing which I did. Month after month I am locked out of my storage unit on the 2,3,4 until they draft payment on the 5th. When asked why I am being denied automatic access I was told that its a "courtesy" that they let me in at all. Very poor customer service and a bad attitude.

After over 2 years of business with Cubesmart and spending thousands of dollars on their service I expected a little more appreciation than what was given. The closing of the sale of our house was pushed back 4 days and we couldnt move in until that date, which put us 3 days over our storage lease. Even though we explained this to the managers, Cubesmart offered no consideration to our situation and charged us for another full month. Even a prorated charge would have been understandable but their greed dictated their decision. They are nothing more than another big corporation only interested in maximizing profits at their clients expense. Its not so smart to rip off loyal customers. SHAME ON YOU.

Absolutely the most miserable people Ive ever dealt with. The dark headed woman did NOT want to be at work, had no business being there, and theres no way she likes her job. Easily the most hateful interaction by another person I can remember in my 45 years of life and that includes people that dont need to practice customer service. All I can think by her hateful demeanor towards another person is she is going through some painful personal things. Shes so fortunate my employee and I didnt record the incident. We were both flabbergasted
