Prices were okay. Service was terrible. I had to wait 10 minutes while customer service lady finished an over the phone reservation. I assumed because I waited she was the only one available to help me. After taking me to look at Uhual once the back was opened roaches crawled out everywhere. Then I overheard her calling another employee to watch for customers. Went back inside to finish contract only to stand and wait for her to assist other employee with customer while she helped another customer behind ME! Then she sent me out to check truck for damage & told me to come back after check. Where she left to help someone else. Also asked for a dolly. Drove the Uhaul all the way home to realize the dolly was not in the back. Very unprofessional and awful service for me after I paid $425 to rent Uhual from this location!

Rented storage unit C231 Nov 2012. Picked up personal effects May 2013 and found water damage and mildew to most. Contacted manager Emile Moses immediately. She refused to inspect and said there was nothing she could do. Told to take pictures and submit to insurance company. Submitted pictures and list of damaged property to U-Hauls insurance company and was told that storage unit did not leak and there was nothing they could do. Attempts to get a hold of the manager by phone is impossible. THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE. Messages left to return calls go unanswered. This place is not being managed properly at all. In total I lost approximately $10,000 worth of furniture, clothing and personal effects. If you have to rent a storage unit go with someone else.

Average storage and higher than normal cost... be prepared to sweat if you get an inside unit, no fans, no ventilation. Other than that, I argued with staff for weeks concerning lock. I placed the lock they required but they called multiple times insisting I placed "illegal" lock. Finally after fourth call and heated exchange, they recognized C is not B... if you rent a U-Haul, its worth the 30 days free but otherwise find a local storage

I use to love going here. Recently I have purchased a hitch and wiring kit for my SUV. I have had to get it replaced once already because the wiring just stopped working. I am currently waiting for another new wiring kit because the second one has also stopped. They have an attitude when you go in there for something they messed up on. I personally will not deal with this uhaul anymore after my SUV is fixed.

The absolute worst customer service and facility .... Dont bother asking any one for help all the way up to the management . Cards dont work , poor computer software, and just all around pathetic.

Take photos of the odometer before you leave the lot. They just overcharged me for milage. I have the photos to prove the milage and will be calling back to discuss this.
