Have had my storage unit here with Red Dot for quite a while and have had no issues, when I need help or have any question and call for assistance.. They are getting at helping out. They are great at sending out emails with reminders and email receipts, which I love very much.

Code didnt work, no instant access, took the money, and now no customer service representative to get ahold of even though call hours are open. Only automated systems with no one answering. Awful service would not recommend.

Good access but not happy with a 15$ late fees when u running behind which does happen .... which can result in a 25$ in late fees if u are 15 days late paying

Red Dot Storage is the best storage in town! They offer all sizes of rental units and have climate controlled units!!! Easy access to the units are a plus!
