I contacted the 800 number to inquire, and reserve a unit for my RV. The lady, Leslie told me I would hear back from Tanya, who was out to lunch. By about 4:00 pm, no call, no word from Tanya. I decided to contacted the facility, which is a challenge because the phones route to another city/state. We researched many facilities in the area, and decided to engage with these people as they had nice incentives, such as a free Yeti Ice Chest. Right. Turns out there is stipulations which were conveniently left off at the time of rental, so basically I had to return the Yeti as I did not meet the after the fact criteria. Right. When I did arrive at the facility the employee there was ill trained and made several mistakes, such as stating I cannot have any gas or fuel in the storage, DUH, its an RV and needs fuel to run. I find it inexcusable that management would leave this young lady to her own demise, inexplicable to me. I also learned after the paperwork was completed, about the metered electricity. Another bait and switch. When inquiring about paying a year in advance, the manager, Tanya, had no clue as to how to do this or if there was even a discount offered. Through all this, it became very frustrated working with the people at the distant office who did not even know the employees name at the office I was doing business with. Its this type of customer service that dooms businesses, and these people expect me to entrust them with my RV when they cant seem to get the facts straight, of any kind. I decided it was not for, I went back the next day, returned the ice chest, and removed my RV. Decided to go to The Bus Barn in Hammond, cheaper, non-metered electricity and someone present who knows the terms and conditions of doing business. How this facility was awarded the Excellence in Management Award is beyond me.

I wish there were 10 stars! This was my 3rd Self Storage experience and my most brief. The property manager was extremely helpful from our first conversation. Their policies are thorough & very professional. There was no stone left unturned in her explanation of their property, their policies, etc. Going "above and beyond" falls short of explaining the property managers service to me. I felt like she bent over backwards to secure me as a customer and offer me the best service possible. The truck that comes with renting a unit is such a major plus! What a great value! I ended up being able to fit all my belongings in my new place and no longer needed the unit. I thought there might be a penalty charge - but no! She wasnt even ruffled - she was happy for me. Ive never met her personally but shes been a ray of light during the stress of moving! (extremely accessible & responsive via email & phone) The facility was very well maintained and the unit clean.

Marquis Ranch Self Storage is an amazing facility! The Property Manager Jen was very kind and had a very upbeat personality as well as an amazing attitude! She gave me all the details I needed and was beyond helpful and very well informed about her job, and the details and services were explained to me were made easily understanding due to Jen. She explained everything to me and made my experience quick and convenient! Jens upbeat personality made my day, and it also let me know she loved her job, which made me completely comfortable and she made me feel like I belonged. I would recommend Marquis Ranch Self Storage to anybody in a heartbeat! Thank you Jen and Marquis Ranch for such a wonderful experience!!

Easy to access whenever you need, the BEST prices, an overall great experience. We have used many different storage facilities over the years and they always seem to fall short. From the very beginning, our experience at Tellus has been so different. From the time we placed our first call, to when we walked in to rent our unit, to now, they have been professional and wonderful to work with. Tanya, the manager, is absolutely amazing and has helped us every step of the way. She goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are happy, and thats hard to find!! Painless process from start to finish. First time customer with Marquis Ranch. Staff was very knowledgable and price was right in line with others in the area. The units are super clean and I feel like my possessions are safe because of the gated entry, but they are accessible 24/7. They even had a moving truck for us to use when we moved our things in. I would recommend Marquis Ranch to anyone looking for a great storage unit with reasonable prices, an easily accesible location in town, and super friendly staff!!!

First off this is my first storage rental and you just cant beat the customer service here. I spoke to Tonya on the phone she got everything taken care of and she was awesome! I called multiple places around the area this was the best deal around! Plus we are getting the free truck with move in. I love this place! the experience of renting and moving my things was beyond just renting a storage. Tonya is an awesome employee, she has an award winning attitude beyond her good and bad days. I have been a customer about 6 months and she have given the best service ever. I would strongly suggest Marquis Ranch to all its a safe clean place, and the service feels like home!

Marquis Ranch in Abita Springs is the best storage facility I have ever used. Jen the manager is awesome, she has been on hand to make the horrible task of moving a breeze. She returns calls promptly and has been so helpful assisting me on choosing my unit size and arranging to use their FREE moving truck. Fabulous customer service, and a clean and modern facility. We called several places and the service at Marquis Ranch Self Storage was by far the best - its what we based our decision to rent here on.
