I heard about Smart Roofing & Sheet Metal from a family member who had a roof put on his home. He was impressed with the workmanship and thought I would be too. Big Dale and Dale Jr. came to my home and made their presentation. They were very professional, but not pushy. The price was very affordable compared to other quotes I received from other companies. I always felt comfortable while they worked in my home. I was really happy with the results, so much so, that I have referred them to other family and friends who need work done on their homes.

We were very happy with Smart Roofing. Always glad to work with a family owned local business. They gave us a fair quote and did the job as they said they would. They cleaned up after themselves as well! Since it has been raining practically since the job has been done we are Really happy we had the new flat roof and gutters installed. Looks terrific, no leaks and the gutter (and rain barrel) work wonderfully. Would highly recommend. It is difficult to find honest hard working contractors but this company was a good find.
