Perhaps, it is just one ‘em. They only use all these marketing tactics of promising the service they can offer just to get money from people seeking roofing repair. I wouldn’t be a victim. Not today and not ever. That was two year back when I first stumbled on Nombach website while traversing the internet looking for a roofing contractor. The whole bad rap I started with was just about roofing companies who portray themselves online as being able to offer services they can’t offer. Well, something’s got to give. As far as I don’t want to be a DIY’er for safety reason, I gotta bring in a contractor. I dragged my feet along to bring in Nombach. But that was one hell of a decision. It was real fun having them repair my roofing. I was able to work hand in gloves with them to achieve the best outcome.

It’s always been a win win sort of thing for me using Nombach when I have a construction job. And for some of my friends I did refer to the company, the story has never been different. They seem as much satisfied with using them as I am. And for that, recommending them to you is one thing I would do gladly and without hesitation. Nombach building team of professional engineers make the perfect team to have at your building work sites. Each of them has great expertise with handling the aspect of a job assigned to them. Speed is another thing. I kinda wonder how those guys finish a large project before the feasible time. For ten years of real estate business, I have operated many contractors but haven’t found one as reliable as Nombach.

The honest of the salesmen telling me when their will be able to do the work in seven to ten days. Describe how the detailing of the work would be done and what they could do and what they would not be able to do. Am very happy with the work done installing the vent fan on the roof. For the record and given the fact that building construction is a long-term project it does make sense to put together the right set of individuals as a building team to start it strong and finish it strong. And that is exactly where for the most part a good construction company with credible record is brought into play. Having worked with Nombach for more that 12 years, I could tell you that they would fill in the space perfectly. In such hands, you don’t have to worry about things. They would save you the hassles you would encounter trying to get the right subcontractors and kickass builders. They would put up a good building team of different subcontractors who have great knowledge of the technicalities in their domain.

ref# 17277 This was one of the most pleasant experiences that I have ever had with a contractor. I have quite a bit of work done on my home over the past few years, and have dealt with contractors that made me wish I had done more research. I called Nombach Home Exteriors after finding one of their ads on my nieces porch. They responded quickly, sent a sales rep to my home, gave me an excellent price, and begin and completeld the work within the time frame which they had promised. My husband and I are very pleased with the glass block windows and security door that were installed in our home. I would definitely recommend them to anyone requiring their services. In my opinionThey really are nice people to do business with.

I had always been this do-it-yourself guy. I hated involving kickass contractors and builders. I thought they were only good at architectural embellishment which they employ to cheat and to make a project owner spend more than require to complete a project. Not until, when I was faced with a major upgrade and it dawned on me that bringing in the kickass guy is just no option at all. Then I started my homework. At least if I had to bring in someone, they had to be reliable enough to work hand in hand with. I used a referral from a folk next yard. That was my first encounter with Nombach. Having dealt with them, I guess I was wrong- there are still roofing repair companies to be singled out. And Nombach is just one of ‘em.

If there’s one thing I love the most it being a DIY’er, especially when it comes doing a major upgrade and remodeling of a commercial property, a complex of condos I bought from a Chinese American contractor a couple years ago. It had fetched me a lot of cash. For what it’s worth, I don’t joke with making fine touches to the property when due. There was this major renovation to be done sometimes in 2011 and I knew it was way beyond what I could handle. It dawned on me that I was I going to have to involve a building contractor. I got Nombach to do the job and I was pretty satisfied with the outcome. Thenceforward, I have always engaged them to do all constructions jobs including new projects and they’ve never failed me.

At the start of last summer I found moisture in my attic. I kinda wondered where it came from. I consulted the engineer who insulated the attic to check it and give an idea as to where the moisture came from. He found that one of my roofing shingles was slightly broken. The moisture came from melted ice during winter. The engineer recommended Nombach-- told me I could trust them. While we were anticipating replacement for one shingle, Nombach did a thorough inspection and found that more shingles were on the verge of damage. They did a major upgrade on the roofing and took them a couple of hours. The charge was fair enough and have been much satisfied with the job. I would recommend them any time and day to anybody.

My encounter with Nombach was a wonderful one. Three years ago, close to the end of winter, Lizzy, my wife and I went for a short vacation. When we were back, the summer was setting in. Then, we notice that one side of the roofing of our home, close to the ventilation system was dripping really bad. We had just moved into this vicinity a couple month ago and we didn’t know who to turn to for referrals neither did we know anywhere around that we could find a roofing company. Internet was our only help then. We found Nombach. It didn’t take too many searches. To cut the story short, we were able to get along with Nombach. We brought them in and they did a very wonderful job. I will happily recommend them.

I love the engineers from Nombach. Those guys are good at what they do. I have been using their services for five years and I’ve had no cause to complained about them. Nombach engineers are real professionals who deliver good results. I have used them for different kinds of jobs for a large condo outlet I operate as a commercial property. Every time there is need for a major upgrade, I bring them in. I show them the parts to be renovated and leave them to do their job without supervision or monitoring because they have earned my trust through display of unmatched expertise in their domain. Given my experience with Nombach, I could tell you that using them for your construction works carries the weight.
