Roof was replaced, and all of the skylights began to leak. No issues prior to roof being replaced... Had to use them to keep warranty on the new roof that they had just installed, and was initially quoted over $700 more than a leading competitor. They did come down to be about $100 more than the competitor, but I was stuck and they knew it. After the new skylight was installed, I had asked a couple of times to have them check the attic. They didnt do this. Thankfully, I checked the attic and was able to remove all of the insulation that was molding / treated the studs that had significant black spots on them... Needless to say, I will never use this company again. You have been warned.

July 25th - someone came out to look at the roof. I was told I would receive a call, estimate, a business card of the person who would contact, and I would be shown pictures of the work that needs to be done. I received nothing - I didnt even know he left until I called the office looking for him. August 31st - made numerous calls since July 26th. No response - no call back, no pictures, no estimate. Unacceptable service. I left the last message yesterday that if Davis was not interested in the job, I totally understand; but I would like to receive a call to let me know. I had to rate this as one star because 0 stars was not a choice on this "Rate and Review".

Davis roofing is not your everyday roofing company just trying to land a job.They make sure the job is compete in a timely manner and answered all my questions along the way.
