Your sales staff did an outstanding job of managing the project and they were very responsive to our questions and concerns. Your salesperson was in constant contact and would return our calls promptly, which is not the norm in today’s contracting community. Your roofers were very considerate and paid attention to the finer details of the project. They did excellent work on a difficult job, given the height and the pitch of our roof. Your recommendation provided us with the cost saving option of roofing over the existing versus total removal and re-decking required by your competitors. I would recommend Chicago Flat Roof Company to anyone because my experience with this roofing company was great! They installed a new kitchen roof system, flat roof repair on my dormer and they completed other repairs such as some masonry work. If you need a quote ask for Terry. The prices are affordable and he and his employees are both polite and punctual. Terry takes the time to explain every phase of the project in detail. He did not just explain what roofing options we had but he also provided samples of the roofing materials that would be used during our initial consultation! This level of professionalism was different and refreshing verses the first two bids that I had previously taken. It was a rather large project but it was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Their work is done very meticulously and my family and I are very pleased with how everything turned out.

Terry and Tony - Chicago Flat Roof Company are great! I highly recommend this company. My roof tore off a few weeks ago. I had temporary repairs done very poorly. Terry and Tony inspected the situation and provided me with a solution. Terry and his team are so professional, so patient, and efficient. They were able to complete the work in a few hours. My uncle used Chicago Flat Roof Company to put a new roof on the club house at his golf course. They did an amazing job and the crew was very friendly. I was probably annoying them by asking so many questions but they didnt seem to mind. Overall I highly recommend Chicago Flat Roof Company.
