Ive gotten my nails done over 100 times and have never had such a horrible experience. Came in with my mom and they had us sit down to get our nails done. Waited over an hour. Mind you, my mom was getting a pedicure so her feet were sitting soaking for over an HOUR. Never even touched us. Were unable to help the people already waiting and kept telling new people that came in that they could help them. My mom ended up leaving with nothing done to her and It took over 2 hours for me to just get simple acrylics. Not to mention there was no health precautions taken. Never once disinfected the footbath between customers. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The owner argued with me defending there horrible system of operation. I will never be back.

Got my nails done there every two weeks and have had little problems but called to explain my nails were chipping really bad after only two days and she said they dont didnt do my nails... Horriable service always feels rushed and now two weeks in a row my mom or I had to go back to get them redone. Horrriable job.
