I will NEVER go here again. Been there twice, first time was mediocre at best. Second time, I went for a gel fill and a pedicure. They tried to pass off a powdered substance for gel. NO POWDERED SUBSTANCE is EVER a gel product. Gel comes in gel form straight from the manufacturer. They did have a gel product I insisted they use for the same money because they wanted to charge me more. They did half the manicure, sent me for my pedicure, then had me sit for an hour waiting to finish my manicure. They HAD NO CLUE how to apply gel color. The man who was doing my manicure applied it like nail polish, and in doing so, had to go over it FOUR times to get coverage. THEY HAVE NO IDEA what they are doing in that salon, nor do they understand what you are saying. Communication is a problem. I doubt if any of them have a State of Illinois license in nail technology, as I didnt see any certificate when I was leaving. WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE.

This place has really gone down hill!! They do not sanitize the pedi sinks for your feet! If you call putting soap on a loofah and wipe down then ok.also some of these people they have working there I dont think they are even lisenced to be a technician!! I had this guy that didnt even know I had gel nails and had to redo my color 3 times!! After the third my nail polish was still bubbly and I just walked out!! Very dissatisfied with my service!! All they care about is the money coming in.5hey dont even deserve a tip!! They sure dont take time with us customers.they need to learn customer service and remind themselves that if it wasnt for us customers they wouldnt be in business because they just lost one!! Do not waste your time!!! Ive been here many times and each time I think will be different and its not!! Will never go back in done here!! Dont say I didnt warn you!!!

Will never go back, I went over the summer, the lady was trimming my nails and she was talking to her work mates, and I told her she was hurting me, cause she cutting into me while trimming my nails, well instead of saying Im sorry like most would have done she gave me a very evil look. After that I could tell she had an additude cause she wouldnt talk to me. While your nails are drying they will give some sort of back message with a cupped hand, kinda like burbing a baby, but this lady was hitting me with an open hand, and hitting me hard, I dont want to get beat up while getting my nails done. Bad business

I have always gotten my nails done here and i love their service. I called them before i had my lunch and asked if they could do a no chip manicure in less than 30 minutes and she said yes. got done in about 20-25 minutes and my nails look great! would highly recommend this place and has a great price for a no chip manicure!

Love this place. I get the no chip nails and always bring in a design and they follow it to a tee. They are great and they last forever. If it were not for my nails growing out i would not have to even go back for more than two weeks. I love how comfortable the place is and the friendliness of everyone there. A must try.

Absolutely love this salon. I find a design I want on google nails, take it in, and they replicate it exactly like the picture. I would recommend this salon to anyone who religiously get their nails done. You will never be disappointed!
