Hands down the WORST agency I have ever been employed with. No one in this office really cares anything about the people out on the jobs. Their concern is strictly company based. I worked for them with a major mortgage company. Instead of keeping me abreast of the changes or concerns expressed by the company, let me think everything was moving along great. Needless to say received a call at 4:30pm on my cell phone one evening(PLEASE, please keep in mind my shift was till 5pm and we could not use our cell phones at all) and was told not to return back to the job site based on someone overhearing me supposedly saying a Manager didnt know what they were talking about. Pure lie. Then I called the next day and days after with no response. Finally reached the account manager and asked what jobs were available. She told me there are none. That I couldnt be placed EVER again because I didnt finish the contract(HMM after 8 months wonder how long MY contract was and I was told it could be any day) Well I moved on to bigger and better things but if considering BEWARE and try and save the money you make working with them and get that resume polished up, you sill need it. Oh and one last thing, They have no intention on getting you in the company permanent they actually fight the employer so bad they dont want to spend the money they have to pay Aerotek to keep you or deal with the hassle.

Im a chemist and Ive been working with these guys off and on for over a decade. Once every year or two they will call me in for an interview and to provide references to verify and they say that they have nothing available currently, but there are jobs I would be perfect for in the pipeline, probably a couple of weeks away. Usually I dont hear from them but there were times that I would get a calls every couple of months asking if they could submit my resume to a place. Then I hear nothing. If I call to follow up no emails or calls are returned. In the 6 or so times I have met with them and the 20 or so positions I have been submitted for I have not had one interview. Im not sure what there game is but I think when they are slow they call people in to get their stable up. These reps probably get incentives by bringing people into the office. I have had a lot more luck with other agencies like Kelly or On Assignment. They actually get me interviews sometimes. If you are not currently employed or are desperate to change jobs it probably cant hurt to give them a try. Otherwise you are probably wasting your time.

They are a bunch of crooks. I have been going through this Temp Job Agency since 2007. They still have not found me one job. Not one. The guy Ryan Brewster is a jerk with a attitude. The guy Caleb Lepek is no better. They purposely pick who they want to work. They dont give hard working people with experience like me a chance. They lie to you. They give you the runaround when you call to follow up on a job that they promise you. Trust me, dont waste your Time with this place. Find another Temp Job Agency if you are looking for work. Every now & then they give me a call asking if I would like a job at some factory. I say Yes. Then they say they will call me back about the details & they dont call. When I call them, suddenly the job that they offend disappeared. Aerotek sucks. Somebody should really expose these crooks to the News Media for fraud. Thats what it is when you tell somebody you have a job for them & then lie & say it is no longer available. I hope that Aerotek goes bankrupt so that these people who work there can see what it is like to between jobs trying to make a Honest Living to pay your bills.

Well .... unlike the user that left what looks to be about 5 bad reviews by the same angry guy..... I had a very good experience at aerotek. It took about two weeks, and on my second interview I was hired at the rate I was looking for. I am not worried about this being a temporary job because they have three Aerotek employees already there. Two of those employees have been hired on permanently, and one will be hired in the near future from what the employer told me at my interview. My recruiter, Doug Mouradian stayed in contact with me the entire time. The couple of times I called with a question and he was busy or not there, he called back shortly. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Doug genuinely seemed interested in getting me employed. Even after my first interview took a pass on me, Doug or Drew stayed in contact and had another interview set up in a couple days. I couldnt be happier with how easy the process was.

I too was contacted by these "recruiters". I explained my situation and the person I talked to said he would talk to his boss and call me back in 10 minutes, I never received a call back. Was contacted again by this "recruiter" who left a message for me, tried three times each of three days to contact him and left messages, never received a call back. They actually called me again last week about a job I would be very over qualified for, then explained to me that they probably wouldnt forward my resume to this company because I would just leave for a better position when I found one, but yet wanted me to come to their office to fill out an application. I would never pass up an offer to be gamefully employed, yet I feel my efforts would be better spent elsewhere than to waste my time with this VERY unprofessional operation. Good luck to anyone dealing with them.

This company will NOT recruit you if you "over-qualify" for a job. They dont like their clients employing their workers (As if there arent enough ppl already out of jobs in the first place). We come to temps looking for an opportunity to get hired by THEIR clients for permanent jobs. No one wants a Temp Job forever. When looking for Temp Agencies be aware of the ones that are too money greedy. Companies wont continue to go to them, therefore making it harder to get ppl like us jobs, because theyre ruining their relationships or could be relationships with companies. Not many companies are willing to pay a "third party" in order to find potential workers.

Aerotek doing the hiring for a position youre interested in? Good luck..... This is the second time Ive been unfortunate enough to use this agency and the second time disappointed. Some tips to aide those who are career oriented but new to dealing with staffing companies like Aerotek... Dont expect a response to phone calls or messages. Also, and #1, dont expect to be considered for a position by merit or education, certification, qualifications or work experience. Last, go around them. Find out company XYZ is hiring, youre interested and these clowns are doing the staffing call company XYZ directly... Really cant say much positive about Aerotek....

They give me a job was the only plus side. I didnt fit where i was located and had to quit the job the company owed me $130 for items i bought on my own for the company. I followed there protocol and submitted the receipts into the office. Its been over 3 months and i still havent received a cent. When contacting the West Allis office i get shrugged off a "yes i will get to the bottom of this and call you back." is there favorite line. I try to call back and i get nothing. Do not go to this office use a different company, or a different office all together
