Worst first time to Smartstyling hair salon experience ever!! The worst part is that even called ahead of time to set an appointment (I usually just do walk-in to any salon). The lady on the phone told me 1:30pm. I walked in stating I have an appointment and the gentleman who checked me in told me theres a 20-30 minute wait--- (ok, I can see that its pretty busy...) I walked around Walmart and came back half hour later.... i can clearly see that it was still busy.. when I sat down a customer was waiting to get check in for a cut as well---2 minutes into their wait, they get taken back (okay, I was still positive and taking as they had also made appointments). I continue to sit and wait--- half hour turn into an hour into an hour and a half!! Another customer walk in and again gets taken to the back right away!! I was done waiting... I got up from the waiting area and just left!! I dont mind waiting if it was a walk-in but when I do do walk-in I usually get faster services too, at other places!!

Been coming here for at least 6 yes and wont go anywhere where else . I have never had any problems with any of the girls here. Infact when I do color , Heather , always does a great job and I let her pick the color. She rocks.

Very pleasant experience. Got exactly what I wanted from Veronica. Very nice and friendly. And she was very pretty as well lol thought Id throw that Im there haha
