HORRIBLE experience with one of the stylists here - Krystina. I scheduled my appointment online and received a text confirmation. I showed up a few minutes before the appointment and she was not there (which, initially, was not a big deal. We all run late, it happens). After a while of waiting, I asked the loft across the hall, a nail technician, if I could sit in her loft while I waited for Krystina (she had one person and they were at the table, no other patrons in her loft) and she rudely told me that I should sit up front instead. Clearly I was unwelcome. I texted Krystina to get an ETA and received: "Oh, Im sorry, I got the notification of the appointment but I wrote it down wrong. I am not there today." Really? Not only was I treated rudely in person, the stylist with whom Id booked my appointment couldnt even be bothered to keep up with her own appointment book. I went across the street to the Jon Thomas Spa where they were more than happy to accommodate my needs on the SAME DAY.

I made my appointment on the salon lofts site with number 18, but when I arrived my stylist didnt know she had an appointment. I even had to show her my comfirmation that an appointment had been made. She then proceeded to tell me she didnt take new clients and acted like it was my fault that she had to take my appointment. I ended up just leaving without getting anything done. Very dissapointing.
