Went there around 4:30 and they closed at 7. They were rushing, not friendly, and rude. Rather than soaking off my daughters acrylic nails, the girl used a fake nail to dig and rip off her old acrylics, which obviously hurt! They tried to turn multiple people away. Basically, not a enjoyable experience for the 125 dollars spent for the three of us to get our nails done! On top of it, they tried to charge me an additional 10 dollars for ripping off my daughters acrylics! I said no, thats ridiculous and it hurt! It was not done properly. It was not a pleasant experience and I hoped to have a fun time with my daughters! Kevin, I was not expecting a response, but I appreciate it. Walk ins are welcome, right? Part of customer service is not making people feel you are inconveniencing them. I will say our nails looked good, and I appreciate that. You are correct that I was not charged the 10 extra dollars because I said it was a ridiculous fee and it hurt, so yes that was accommodating. In the end, people come in to have an enjoyable experience and part of great customer service is providing that. As an ER nurse for over 15 years, I understand stress, but I would never relay that to my patients. Its a compliment your salon is very busy, and excellent work and customer service will keep it that way! Have a great day!
