Customer Service Complaint. Total time spent here was around 2 hour for simple oil change. Took more than 1 hour for first oil change. Extra 30 min to replace another oil change on the same car because they put different type of oil that was on window sticker. Even I could not get any apology from them until I left the store. I hope they changed the oil after complaining. I could not see or check their 2nd oil change because they put my car in second deck and blocked their job using other car in 1st deck. The person at the counter should not have said that it would take 20 minutes for oil change when I asked.
