RUDE, MEAN AND DOWNRIGHT DISGUSTING! I DONT FEEL LIKE THEY EVEN DERSERVE 1 STAR! REALLY BAD BUSINESS! This place is HORRIBLE!!! Dont go to Hadsell Tires unless you want to get ripped off! I am a mother of 4 kids and I had my husband take my van to get a barely used, practically BRAND NEW tire (that we already had as a spare) mounted and balanced at which they did, and charged us $15. Then, the next morning we wake up and I go to take my children to school and the tire they put on is COMPLETELY flat! Now I know that it was a used tire, but I also know that there were no holes or leaks of any kind in that tire, and if there were, dont you think that the employees of Hadsell shouldve checked and found it first BEFORE I found it in the morning?? So, my husband called them back up, the owner told us to come back down there and theyd check it out. We did and the owner wanted to charge us $20 more JUST TO LOOK AT THE TIRE!!! I was very upset because my husband looked and found that the air was leaking from the valve stem, something of which HADSELLS should have checked!!!! They also shouldve cleaned the rim before putting my tire on, which the owner said was "not what he was being paid to do." Isnt that a safety concern? If youre a business and you value your customers, shouldnt their safety also be just as valuable? I guess they dont value business or customers lives either because ultimately, it couldve caused an accident and my kids couldve got hurt or killed! Id suggest going down to Tire Barn (which is less than a mile from Hadsell) or Discount Tire because BOTH of them told me that if I brought my car to them, they would fix my tire FREE OF CHARGE! So dont go here to Hadsells. Im also posting this on their Facebook and reporting it to the Better Business Bureau also. Thank you for taking the time to read about my horrible experience with this crooked business.

I had taken my 2004 Olds Silhouette van in to have a tire replace a few months ago and recently noticed it was missing one of its lug nuts from the passenger side rear wheel. Knowing that Hadsell Tire is the only service provider to have had the wheels off my car I returned to them to see if they would be willing to replace the missing lug nut. They were not only unwilling to help me, but became rude when I suggested that I would be contacting the better business bureau to file a report, asking in a rather cheeky manner whether I had the number or if they could get it for me. They insisted that their computer records stated that they had only repaired the front left tire. This is true, but they had also rotated my tires although they had been instructed not to do so. When I had picked up my vehicle, I had to ask them to put the tires back in their original positions. I suggest this why it never appeared in the computer that they had all four tires off (twice) at the time of service. Mark told me he could not replace the lug nut because the only suitable replacement he had was not a match for my wheels. He told me my only option was to purchase an entire new set of lug nuts for $50 - $60. I asked if he would be willing to split the difference of a new set of lug nuts for that wheel in the interest of customer satisfaction. I felt this was a reasonable solution. He refused. At this point, I think the only acceptable resolution would include an apology from Mark for his rude behavior, and a lug nut replacement, even if it requires an entire set for that wheel to be replaced. He fails to realize that his customers are not just individuals, but networks. When he upsets one customer, everyone they know will hear about it and reevaluate their own opinions of the company.

I went in here after driving all over Anderson and being told I would have to wait 1.5 to 3 hours before anyone would even look at my car. All I needed was a tire repair so waiting 3 hours at Wal-Mart or an hour and a half at Tire Barn was not really an option. I decided to drive down towards the Mall and was very pleased to see that Hadsell was not only open and in business but that there wasnt ANY wait at all. My family and I sat in the waiting room and in about 25 minutes they had repaired my tire and balanced it as well. The price was REALLY reasonable and the associate at the cash register was helpful and courteous (something that seems to be lost at most other service centers). Needless to say I will be going back when I need to get tires and I am telling all my friends and neighbors about the good / quick service. Glad to see that good service is not COMPLETELY dead in todays modern world.

Ive been going to Hadsell since 2008. Ive always been treated with great customer service, and the price has always been reasonable. I usually get an oil change, but they always check my breaks, tires, etc. and let me know if something else is wrong. Today really set the bar high for anyone trying to take my patronage away from them. My car was not in operating condition, and after explaining my situation to them, the let me use their loaner car until tomorrow when my car would be fixed. I can confidently say that I wouldnt find the same treatment elsewhere. Highly recommend coming here because they obviously care about their customers!

I had called and visited several mechanics in Anderson, they either couldnt get my automobile into their shop in a timely manner or wanted to let it sit for days without contacting me. I was then referred to Hadsell Tire. Theyve repaired multiple vehicles for me same day as delivered without a run around. They were honest and friendly. I couldnt be more pleased, and I will bring my vehicles to them as long as I remain in Anderson or until they close their doors. Truly a good business!

called to scedule an alignment went in they got my car right in I knew I needed tires but want to wait they didnt try to sell me anything except an alignment and they told me I need tires witch I knew but they did a great job and didnt offer or try to sell me anything I didnt want or need so with that and good fast service I give them a 5 star thank you Hadsell Tire

Taken many cars here for tires and alignments and have never had any issues. Theres very little wait times and they also always have the best price. I know one of the techs there and hes worked there for many years and has told me he likes working there and enjoys what he does and was the reason I began bringing mine and my families vehicles there now.

Very reliable service at competitive prices. I have been going to Hadsell for over 20 years. On occasion I have tried others, but find Hadsell to be the best service in Anderson.

I used to do all my own work so I know if something is done right. These guys are honest and do good work. If I dont want to do it myself I take it to them.
